Could work, only problems I see are size/navigation (if there are many concurrent giveaways) and distinguishing duplicates (if there are multiples of the same game).
It might be easier to just have a box and write down the giveaway code (though then the back has to check if that giveaway is running and is owned by the guy who is trying to send the invite).

Sounds like a good idea - little like a private message, but can't be used to spam people with random stuff, only to invite them to a giveaway. And it definitely would make easier to invite people to GAs on the fly :)

There was huge shitstorm on forums at one point and everybody wanted to know cg opinion - and ofc no response. In the same time I made little zalgo event..

Why not have a second list that functions like the Whitelist? Call it Private Giveaway List or something catchy haha. Might be less work to implement. Make it so you can edit the title so you know what it's for. You could even have an option to make other lists. Like a maximum of 3 or 5.

Nice idea. Then might as well need a friendlist of some kind so you can invite people from, it could be your whitelist as well but i prefer a different categorized list for this specific.

Just don't make it a MLM out of invitations. Maybe just a "badges for invitation" is the TOP WAY TO GO. ;)
