So I've asked for a refund. I might buy Life Is Strange during the Christmas sale on Steam or just download it as I'm not liking the idea of giving Sqenix a single cent ever again.

If it were just that I don't like the games it'd be ok but the problem is they're not being fair. Giving a game you have to pay to play is not the same as giving a pathetic game. I'd actually like to play Lara and 1st ep of Life is Strange as I don't have them and am honestly psyched about them, but I'm opposed to them trying to get more money from people who have paid to get full games without any restrictions. If they didn't count the FF which is p2p, they wouldn't be fulfilling the promise of games being worth over 70€.
If you know me from the forum you know I'm not one to rage on about things or make a big deal about stuff like this, but this I feel strongly about. I wanted games I could play whenever I want (if I want), not games that I have to keep paying to play.

I think you can after reveal as well. Nothing in their rules says you can't and it is EU rule you can return everything you buy online within 14 days without a reason. So I think you can ask for a refund.

Already own all the games listed, but I bought it anyway. I'm not disappointed at all, I know a few people who will love these :)

I like some EU rules. Buy a surprise bundle, don't like what is in and cancel it. As far as I can see in their rules this should be working.

Aah, I sold two of the games in Group Buys, which brought the cost down for the remaining items. I wanted to try out a FF game and I wanted Lara, for € 4.20 I'm okay with what I got now.
I guess our biggest disappointment is that we didn't get the season pass for LiS. Still can't believe they repeated Episode 1 again. I'd be tempted to boycott the game if I didn't want to play it so badly ;P

If the complete pass for lis was the only game in the box I would still be happy. Did not realise I could ask for a refund after it got revealed otherwise I would not have tortured myself for that long finding myself buying it in the last few hours lol. But with getting my money back I am way less disappointed.

Are we sure Life is Strange is Ep 1 only? My bundle i got just says Life is strange. Doesn't specify ep 1 or full.

That is a good point. But next to my code is says "Life is Strange" it doesn't say Ep 1. Now I am not going to keep the game, but for trading, Ep 1 and full game is a huge difference.

That's $20-$30 you won't have to spend if you were interested in playing it. If not, give it to someone who is, save them some $$$. It's one of the best MMOs available right now.

Yeah seeing FF game is a bit surprise to me though, but no wonder they chose XIII ... its like if they had to do it, they might as well sacrifice the weakest link, or something along those lines :P
but i was right to skip this one, and my reasoning has been how there arent actually any decent games left to make a good bundle (as in, games that havent been in previous bundles, and no FF so yeah).
but still, cant believe they actually included ep1, again.

They have a bunch of games they could have included without repeating themselves. I think a lot of us were hoping for Sleeping Dogs, for example, which is up on their store at a similar price to Thief.

I just filled out the Contact us form and wrote that I want a refund. As I'm pretty knowledgable about Croatian Consumer protection laws I threw some big words in to make it sound more formal just in case, but I'm sure it wasn't even needed. xD
It took them a couple of hours to respond to the request. I don't know when the refund will be issued.

Bullet dodged. A game with a monthly subscription? Seriously?? Not crazy about Final Fantasy. And Life is Strange only being Episode 1 and Thief being bundled yet again are going to be a disappointment for many. I figured Temple of Osiris would be in, but short of Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition and Life is Strange (Full Season) also being included, there are no regrets to be had here, especially at $10.

I'm not mad at the box contents, but the 10% off for the Life is Strange season pass coupon is a bit of a slap in the face. Since they repeated the first episode and there was a 20% off coupon included it's pointless for those that got the Easter bundle.
