So the bundle is the same for everyone it seems... I'm not to dissapointed since I had no big hopes. Used thief and life is strange... For me lara croft and final fantasy are both in for trade section, just not my kind of games... so all in all 2 games for me the rest is crap xD

I was actually happy about this bundle since I didn't own any of these games. But then I saw that FFXIV wasn't a steam key....like wth that's just messed up.

I'm kinda impressed that Square Enix simultaneously added a Final Fantasy game to their Christmas box and also made it the worst box so far.
To be fair, the UK price for this is not a terrible deal if the buyer wanted FF13 (I don't think it's been cheaper than this in the UK so far) and I was wanting a spare key for it for a friend anyway, but everything else is a huge disappointment. Square Enix did a pretty good job with the previous boxes for me, especially the 2014 one, but this - combined with their shift to annoying always-online DRM - means I'm not optimistic about their future output at all.

IMO it's not too bad, the only thing that disappoints me is that they gave the regular edition of Thief rather than the Master thief edition... which they have given before...

I don't think it was too bad. I'll always take a FF game I haven't played yet, and Life is Strange and the Lara Croft games are nice. I already had Thief, but so it goes. Definitely have no use for the coupons, though. Anyone want one of them?

Looks like I´m rather alone with my opinion, but I think this bundle is great and much better than the other Square Enix Suprise Boxes and even better than the last 2 Humble Monthly Bundle, damn I didn´t bought this one.

The problem is this. Everything about the this bundle screams "more sales". Not one of the games includes any DLC, one is a sub game and another one ep1 of 5. Everything was put in there to generate more business. The bundle isn't a bundle to give people value for money or to make money off the bundle. It's a bundle to generate future business.

If you dont own one of the games - yeah its better than the others before. If you own some of the games - nope because some stuff is "rebundled" (Life of Strange) or downgraded (Thief). If you look what you get for 12$ from a HB monthly and what you get for the 10$ here, HB is the better deal even if...

FF XIV is not free to play. There is a trial, but in order to play it, you need to buy it (and you get a month of gametime that way). After that, you have to pay a monthly fee.
