Not received won game

Hello,

The answer to my question is probably somewhere on SG but I didn't find it ><.

3 weeks ago I won a game and the key was duplicated. 3 of the 4 GA made, at the same time, by this user was duped and none was replaced so I finally put a "not received" feedback for this GA but since I don't dare enter in GA for this game again.

Since I put the giveaway as not received, is this still count as multiple win for the same game if I won it again? Is this will be a problem for SGTools?
