If i make a "INVITE ONLY" giveaway, will it count towards my contributors U$?

You need to have min 4 entries in the giveaway to count.

i really didnt meant to "trick the system"...

i REALLY assure that it didn't even crossed my mind, since in the FAQ it says that you must have over 100U$ in the steam to register here...
So i would need to have more accounts in which i've spent over 100U$, which is not true...

I just asked it because i thought that it wouldnt count, since it is only for my friends.
