Don't trade gift like "You send keys i giv u gift xddddddddddD", you'll probably get scammed either way, if you send the keys first he goes away, if he sends the gift first, it gets revoked.
The safest say to trade gifts is to trade them on a trade window. If revoked, steam gives it back. (As far as I know)
If getting the game gifted make sure its a reputable trader and talk with him if the gift gets revoked.

But im also asking for those that have a good profile and reputation yet they revoke
How to tell if a game can be revoked?
What other techniques will these scammers come up with next? -.-

If revoked contact the trader, ask for your keys/items/money back or another copy of the game, if not, report the shit out of him on SteamRep.
There's no way to tell if a game can get revoked. Its safer to trade them instead of gifting.
Stay safe fam.

What do you consider "good reputation", and what profile? Because I'm pretty sure that if you trade with a user with 100+ positive reputation on Steamgifts and no/barely any negative reputation, you won't get your game revoked, not intentionally at least.

There unfortunately isn't any way to be sure. Even reliable traders can have gifts in their inventory that they bought from elsewhere in good faith but might still get revoked - or their accounts could be hijacked and used by scammers.
Swagalicious is however correct that Steam support will return items that were traded in the trade window according to their advice. Which is why dodgy traders will want paypal or other payment that takes place outside of the trade window...

So what I understood by what you said is that
Those with dodgy profiles can revoke if they perform chargeback? At least thats how i understand revoking from steam, asking for their money back

Anyone can buy a game with a credit card and then do a chargeback or otherwise reclaim the money or it might not even have been their credit card and then Steam (or Humble Bundle, or whatever) will revoke the game. Even if the game has been gifted/traded to someone else.
'Dodgy profiles' are something to watch out for. But reputable traders can unknowingly sell on games they got from elsewhere that might get revoked, or scammers can hijack the accounts of reputable traders. Or scammers can quickly build up lots of +rep in through alt accounts or whatever and then scam a number of people in short order before getting reported.
What I'm saying is be very careful. And try not to to trade outside of the trade window because you won't get a refund if things go wrong.

Steam reverses the trade.
Thus, if you don't do a direct trade [eg, one game for another, or any other steam tradable objects for a game], or do multiple trades, they claim no responsibility for refunds.
Only whatever you actually traded through the trade menu, for the object in question, in a single transaction, do they officially say they'll take responsibility for.
For anything else, they state they have no obligations (though you may always get lucky).

If you are gonna work with gifts, it's based on trust. You can never know if a gift will be revoked or not. A trader might have a good reputation, he might decide to screw everyone the next day; slim chance of that but you never know.
Solution? Don't trade out of Steam trade window.

But what about gifting in overall
I mean is gifting an inside steam procedure? Right?

Yes it is. But it's a gift; you send it and poof, it's gone. Steam will not reimburse if anything goes wrong with a gift.

I wouldn't trade for games for exactly that reason. It's just too stressful. I just sell my stuff on the market for Steam money and buy the games myself. If you're getting a better deal than that from a stranger, you're probably getting scammed anyways. Value is value, no matter where it's coming from.

Hi guys
One month ago my Far Cry 4 game was REVOKED for unknown reasons to me (i created a thread that day about it)
I paid some paypal money for that game from a trader who sent me the gift first and after some time my gift was revoked and I was left with nothing
But im not creating that thread about Far Cry 4, I am kinda scared now if something like that might happen again to me and i have some questions
Is it safe to buy gifts from other traders?
Is it safe to be gifted with a game by a trader (even though he has a good profile and reputation)
How should I know that a gift might be revoked, how do they even revoke gifts
Thank you
