Subscribe to every Bundle site and they will email you when a new bundle is released.
Several Steam Groups are dedicated to posting new bundles. deals, and free games. Just join a couple of them and you'll get announcement spam when one comes out.

Just found epicbundle.com and it has everything. Very easy to use I now check it twice a day and I know about every bundle.
