Losing loved ones to cancer is like seeing a once beautiful plant in your garden wither away. You try to help, soothe, but sometimes the outcome is inevitable, no matter what. Only thing you can do is to treasure the memories of the good times and remember your friend.
As for the pregnancy I can only hope that there are things you having tried yet or not enough to have a child. There have been cases where people became natural parents after adopting a child. Sometimes it is just the self-built pressure that prevents chance from happening.

I'm glad you two are staying strong. A vacation might well be what you need at this point.
After I was born my parents tried for years for another pregnancy and things got very hard. Doctors (it was a loooong time ago though) were saying how hopeless it was and well, they stopped trying. And got pregnant within the year.
So as my little brother would say "it happens when it's meant to happen"
Don't give up and be good to each other. I can imagine how much strain this loss can exact on even the best couples. Silence is the worst enemy so keep talking to each other and don't stay in your head.

Yesterday I lost a dear friend to Cancer.
Then today me and wifey just got the news we lost the third pregnancy.
No good news this week! Just bringing news to the ones that asked for news on the pregnacy. Sorry for the bad news.

Me and wifey are strong we will take a small vacation to ease our minds!
We will of course consider adoption, if the doctors tells us to stop trying cause they found the reason for the misscarriges. for now. its just "bad luck".

I really don't want to give the impression that my life sucks and i just complain! I got a lot to live for! I love life! I love every bit of it! Just sometimes this stupid life just wants you to beat you into the ground and keep punching you! But i'm a good defender! I have like an armor of class S+ with 62+8(on critical), with humor enchantments! The final boss has no chance against me and my party! (yes! i do have a summon DOGGY and my healer WIFEY is like lvl 300, she has full life and curaga equiped)
