the hilarious thing is that when I saw this post and clicked on it I won a gift LOL, but seriously though it's just bad luck, if you enter giveaways for decent games it's pretty rare to win, most of the giveaways are for simple mobile games that are like 10 cents and that kind of stuff which gets a lot less entries

It's already been said but you really just have to improve your own odds by entering GAs with lower entry counts. Forum giveaways are good, especially puzzles, but the real key I think is how long they are open. The shorter time, the less people will see them. That applies to public giveaways too so look out for flash giveaways that are only open for an hour or two. All the GAs I've won here have had fewer than 500 entries, all but 2 had fewer than 300.

Ive entered over 2,000 and I have never won either. Then again, Ive never won any purely luck-based event.

One good way to increase your not winning chances is to enter random giveaways, especially with low points, a few seconds before they expire. And then this topic goes with a sky-rocketed number of losses.

Over 4500 entries (plus about 2-3000 before the reset), 10 wins, and I'm level 7… although I only joined one small group, and only recently. Won my first game near 1500. Just give it time.
And, well, don't open threads about not getting games when you have 40% unsent ratio. I can understand if many people will blacklist you for that. I'm okay with not giving, but promising something and backing up on it. (And if you just ran into used/fake keys, use IsThereAnyDeal to find it on sale/bundle or the grey market to remedy it. If you back up on your promises even in the smallest things, it can eventually have really bad repercussions in your life in general eventually, because these things get around and people start distrusting you.)
