The funniest reason you was kicked/banned from an group/game/forum.
hey marsHm311oW! Sorry for resurrecting this old thread but I'm playing with the esgst script and just found out it can check for people who have blacklisted you. To my surprise you were one of them. Suprised because you are on my blueheartlist and -as I remember correctly- you've won games from me in the past. This is a not a 'please take me off the list' request, but if you can remember your reasons for putting me on there I'm genuinely interested. Thanks!

And where is the problem? Why I should add english friends if I cannot talk with them? O.o

I was kicked because i entered giveaways which were labeled " free" and costing 0 in group ratio rules, i had a week to create my first giveaway i made it but been kicked before it even ended (they had canceled all i i have won but I still sent my created giveaway to the winner nevertheless i wasn't formaly in group anymore).

The only time I can remember being kicked from anything was when I joined a Left 4 Dead 2 server. My friend was already on the server, so I joined him. When I entered, I said "Hello," and was promptly kicked. It turned out to be a meeting of the "scrim players" for a practice session, and the Mod didn't recognize me, so... <BOOT!>
Everything was explained and straightened out, later, but they never did remove the ban. My friend left the group shortly after due to their...erm...somewhat less than desirable social behavior.

I believe the server was private. I joined the server because my friend (a member of the group) was on the server. Yes, being banned was unnecessary, but then again, it was their server and they could do whatever they wanted with it.

I see. While that may be true it also seems rude and discourteous. I was part of a group that ran it's own L4D2 server and if someone from a group member's friend list wandered in while we were using it to do something private they would politely be asked to leave. If they didn't comply after a few attempts then kick only. The only time people would get banned is if they repeatedly caused issues, or if they engaged in any kind of cheating or griefing as there was pretty much a zero tolerance policy for that.

Personally, I would not treat guests to my server that way. Despite that, people have a right to restrict access to the server(s) for which they pay.

In my edgy childhood years, I got kicked from a Trackmania server for spamming "..." whenever I won. I got pissed and didn't play TM again for a week :^)

1st time i ever posted on https://groupees.com/ chat was a link to a indie gala giveaway i created (back in the day on old site) and next thing i know "You're banned until End of Time. We're glad you're with us. "

Banned from a Gmod server because i didnt want to tell the Admin where i was born.
Banned from a Mount and Blade: Napoleonic war server because a mod didnt like where i put my barriers.

I became more popular than the server owner.
So they not only banned me, they filed false claims against me using MCBan, and other banning services.

Got kicked from a TF2 server a long time ago, the reason displayed was "f2p noob".

I was eventually banned for my toon's name in the Dungeon Runners MMO. Alas, she didn't make it past level 11.
Too bad I didn't get to see the game's final moments. :P

I asked the support because somebody was bumping his thread every hour and he said its not forbidden.

Whether or not something constitutes "spam" is up to the Moderator to judge. Common sense is strongly advised.
Comment has been collapsed.
Standard internet rule of thumb is that anything repeated more than three times is spam. In that sense, bumping any thread on your own four times without anyone else contributing during that period would qualify.
In the use of the word to relate to non-constructive content, you can add in necroing threads in non-constructive ways, tangenting threads in non-constructive ways, or making a lot of different but consistently non-constructive comments as all also qualifying as spam.
As Khalaq noted, it's a matter of common sense, not something that needs to be elaborated by precise guidelines. In short, so long as you don't do anything non-constructive to the point that it becomes a problem for others, then you don't need to worry about being considered to be spamming.

well, if someone make 2 threads on forum with similar questions - he will recieve "stop spamming!" comments and maybe one thread will be closed by support. If someone make 10 "bump" comments in different threads in few minutes - its ok.
For example - from reddit rules
The following are examples of behavior that may be considered spam and are subject to removal/suspension:
- Repeatedly posting the same or similar comments in a thread, subreddit or across subreddits.

Nope. I reported a thread with 150 bumps of the same user who post it in the interval of 10 minutes and this dont count as spam.

I reported something as spam and this wasnt spam. Now I dont know WHAT somebody must do so it counts as spam.-

Why I should add some new content? I just wanted to bump the thread like everyone do.
Comment has been collapsed.
I added a bump. Also since this bump there are 20+ new comments. So it looks like there are more who wants to share their reasons with us.

Yes, I know you 'added a bump'. A necrobump. Your post was nothing but 'bump' after 10 months of inactivity. 'Bumping' and 'necrobumping' are quite different though.
People will often discuss anything brought before them, often neglecting to check times (or who the OP was, in case of trolling). Just because the necrobump was successful, doesn't mean it wasn't a necrobump. Even I fell for it initially before realising the last post date, hence why I said what I said. Why are you even making this a 'thing'? You successfully resurrected the thread, but it was still a necro with nothing new to add.
There's no fight to be had here, and you can't really claim innocence either, so I'm confused about what you're disputing? That it's harmless? It's pretty much the digital equivalent of littering. For you to knowingly necrobump while objecting to spam makes it a knowing sin of sorts, which kinda blows your protests to my simple observation that bit more hollow. I'm just saying try to be mindful in future is all, and have something to add if you want to bring it back up. It's really not a big issue, but it really was just a necrobump. \:3/
I'm going to guess the language barrier might be making this sound more hostile than it is? I'm really not trying to be a jerk here.

I got kicked manually from a TF2 server for calling someone a "sneaky little monkey", because I subverted their chat filter that considered "monkey" to be a racist insult with no exceptions (was talking to a scout who managed to dodge a line of sentries with some intel). Though on that one, when I rejoined and they played the holier-than-thou card and tried to lecture me about being racially insensitive, they didn't ban me and actually chilled out after I underlined how ridiculous they were being. Turns out they had a bunch of random stormfront-style asshats roll through there a few days ago so were pretty twitchy, which I suppose was only fair.
Another time I accidentally let slip two instances of "fuck" on a supposedly 'family friendly' server on TF2 and got warned. I apologised both times, and mentioned the second time that I didn't notice the 'family friendly' part of the server name (which was at the end of a long string of other words, as per the usual spamming manual server naming people do, y'know, like "### JOLLYBOYS MIGHTY 24/7 2FORT, NO CUSTOM FAST RESPAWN DONATOR REWARDS... etc etc etc"). I elaborated a bit more, saying that my mental filter had trouble keeping locked down, finding it odd given the game is overtly (if comically) violent, and involves things like throwing jars of urine, setting people on fire, stabbing them in back with a knife, and has a character with voice emotes for "piss" and "wanker" (which I said skirting the actual words themselves). Which didn't really in my mind sync up too well with 'family friendly'. I was then muted by a mod who made a big vemous verbal circus of "Nobody is above the rules, don't you dare question our choices or argue with the moderators just because you can't be bothered to read, we're not here to cater to you so if you can't be responsible then you don't deserve voice privileges" (paraphrased, but equally obnoxious). I didn't take kindly to the attitude, so instead opted to passive-aggressively challenge them on the point they didn't bother to address by renaming myself to "The Humble Pisswanker" or something to that effect, and made a point of repeatedly using the unmutable (if quiet) character voicebind for "Aagh, piss!" while having the Jarate in my loadout. They didn't respond to that, but I got banned after another two map rotations. Sure that wasn't very mature of me either, but when someone makes zero effort to be civil and they end up pushing someone's buttons because they have no remote sense of chill, what can they expect? \:3/

This was polish server of warofdragons.
Their server was a bug with connection to the client.
Because I was played mostly in work (cliking from time to time to gather resources), behind company internet firewall, when I was attacked by enemy players they can't kill me.
Admin first told me, that I cheated and I will be banned. When I explained them, that this is their problem with connection between game client and game server and explained where it is located, he cancel his decision about a ban but he forbade me to come into locations where I can be attacked by enemy players XD.
They're repaired this problem few months later but because enemies can attack me almost everywhere I stopped to play this game.

I was temporarily banned from the chat of a Twitch stream for asking "Who's Papa John?" when the name was being mentioned. Apparently, he sells pizza in countries that I don't live in, with the closest outlet being approximately 4,000 km from my home. I'm not sure why asking about him was offensive.
Comment has been collapsed.
You forgot to put pizza under quotations marks when it comes to Papa John's :P
Comment has been collapsed.
It's American Fast Food Pizza. Suffice it to say that Fast Food pizza in Europe is equivalent to the pizza from better dine-in restaurants in the States. Unless you manage to find some strong local pizza chains, it's hard getting decent pizza in the States without going to a pricier Italian restaurant.
Domino's, Pizza Hut, et al, are all comparable to Papa John's (here in the States; again, chains like Pizza Hut offer different quality pizza in Europe). The only especially notable thing about Papa John's in how it differs from the rest, is the fact that "Papa John" himself holds to some very strong conservative views, and puts the franchise's resources towards supporting causes that often repulse people with any decency of character. In fact, the company's image got so tarnished because of it that his stepping down as CEO of the franchise this past December was implied to be because of the kind of support he'd gotten from.. less reputable elements. Read on.
In summary, Papa John's is typically brought up for reasons completely unrelated to food- in one sense or another. :P

Oh, wow! That is gold.
Thanks for the education. XD
My Twitch stream incident was with Brits and I didn't think the commentary was about anything other than pizza, but having no idea about all this, I guess there could have been a subtext that went over my head. I think this might have predated the NFL kneeling controversy, but those crazy kids were practically living on the internet and may have already been onto Papa John's antics. Regardless, I'm not convinced that I deserved to be kicked from the chat for asking who he was.
