the announcement does not tell you which games come in the cheaper bundle (#1) and which on the more expensive one though, only the list of 7 games

True. I am not saying what you presented here is "old". All I am saying is that the list of games got me interested so next step is to discover the price. :) Also I wander why they call them #1 and #2, if they are going to be launched simultaneously.

the pricing hasn't been revealed as far as I know, but it's supposedly different from what we've seen before

btw, if PAM is reached in the Be Mine bundle, the organizer said that he would consider switching out PAM for another Meridian 4 game

Sol Survivor is a really well made Tower Defence Tha is up there with Defence Grid and Avencastwhich is a magical-Hack'n'Slash with a rather short story but great fun, especially when spells are in fact used like a combos of (keyboard)keys.

The metascore is pulled from critics around the interwebz. And we all know how critics failed math and can't tell the difference between 28 and 82. Or something like that.

An everyone knows that a critic dislinking platformers all his life making a review of Super Meat Boy will give it a 20.

Maybe, but a game such as Crysis getting a 91 is a laugh as well. The Crytech engine gets the score, not the game.

Ah yes, I remember Crysis the First... and its CPU-eating fun. Never managed to get it to run past the Very Low setting (and then again it wasn't all nice) with a comp that was slightly above average for the time. The huge flaw in video games, and Crysis I believe was no exception, is the use of Motion Blur. Sorry developers, but my vision doesn't get blurry when I move my head because I focus on what I want to look at before moving my head.

Yeah it does, but it's hard to mimic that in a gaming medium so it just shouldn't be done. Your brain does a very good job of filling in the holes and making things look better than they actually do.
What you "see" isn't really what your eyes are seeing.

Just for reference:
HIB#1 average metascore was 81;
HIB#2 average metascore was 84;
HIB#3 average metascore was 73;
HIB#4 average metascore was 78;
Humble Frozenbyte average metascore was 78;
Humble Frozen Synapse average metascore was 77;
Humble Voxatron average metascore was 80;
Humble Introversion average metascore was 80;
Humble Android average metascore was 81.
You can agree with metascore or not, but the "average" impression is that those indie kick games are just bad.

i have pam and runespell already from other bundles but some of the others look worth trying out if the price is low enough. also i have friends who don't have pam or runespell.

Reviews seem to indicate Still Life 1 was for more better than Still Life 2. The second had too many timed events and overall stuff that made it lose its charm. I haven't played either mind you, and I only know they're point&click.
It would have been nice to get the first one though, it's nowhere to be found on the Internet (except on Steam though).

It can be found on gog.com, too. Retail versions of it exist as well. I personally own it on GOG and I don't regret a minute about it, they are generally awesome guys offering DRM free games who formed a great community :) Link here - http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/still_life
