Well, I used to name myself Jera in MMO's and I dunno how I got to Jera TBH and the lulz... well when it was taken I always threw something behind Jera (Jeralulz, -trollz, -roflz, -suckz... you name it.) and it's not really that common to see Jeralulz-esses around but Jera is so I stuck with Jeralulz.

Homestuck. I could've chosen something original but at the time I made my SG account I was big into Tavros so that is my name and I am sticking with it.

EDIT: My Steam name is both my first name and the surname of the main character in a book series I am reading at the moment.

I was abducted by alien when I was a kid. They engrave this name at the back of my neck. I think they were out of number for a barcode. I'm using this name ever since to remembering that tragedy. The engraving has been erased to allows me to blend in with the community.

Originally it was some random idea I need cool nickname in CS so i picked C3P0. One day I was playing inferno and tried sniping with scout and totaly stoned admin spoke to me and said: "Cepo where the hell you're aiming". And from that day I use that nickname everywhere :-) It is stuck with me for almost 9 years :-)...

Smythe was a nickname at uni.

Mashed the two together and there we have it. This was around 2000/2001 and was first used for email/Battle.net and then just carried forward into all my future gaming usernames.

I was an angsty youth who liked the band Disturbed so I tried that but it was taken so I became Bothered and went off that. I first aimed to be Bothered, but someone took the time to proclaim themselves as Bothered before I became Bothered. Now it's just BotheredMe. How Bothersome...

idk. maybe for real this name was from malcolm in the middle. that Reese. but tweaked it a little bit to Reace. surprisingly, this name is unused in many places. so it's very easy for me. trying to keep it simple, same name for both SG and Steam. in fact, same name everywhere else.

RiffRaff has been my nickname since forever. I play guitar, the first 4 letters in my last name are Raff, and I like to do the Timewarp.
