Because I was some kind of pro sniper in Halo: Combat Evolved and my groupmates called me a "demonsniper" so that name was stuck on.

When my brother and my friend and I were around four years old we had to make up a name for our character on The Legend of Zelda, my friend came up with "KFM," which was "kick for money." It just kind of stuck.

Used to use "forsaken" nickname, but got fed up for it always being in use and needing to add numbers, so had to thought of something, but wanted new nickname to be similar, so somehow came up with this nick "forseeker". Maybe I thought it was a word or just sounded pretty good and close enough to forsaken. Been used it everywhere ever since (about 6 years already) and came across it only once on eBay. Someone from China (if I remember correctly) used it. Anyway so far so good.

A long time ago, somebody changed my avatar to a yellow shy guy as a joke and I just ran with it.

I liked the word Zephyr when I first saw it in Pokemon Gold, so I decided to run with it as a username. Turns out it's pretty popular so it's usually taken, so I just stuck the first letter of my name on the end. I'm still thinking this might be temp until I get a better one

My username used to be IVEGHOST, but I changed it to this because I thought it was pretty clever.
Later, I found out there is a book series named "Mostly Ghostly", but I've used this name long before it did.

I used to run a fairly well known retro gaming and homebrew development news site (not a ROMS site!) at emuholic.com (now forwards to one of my games news sites). I went under a different name back then but needed a Xbox gamertag so I used emuholic. Since then it has kind of stuck and is used for my steam name etc.

Back in middle school me and my friend had to do a video project for Science class. Instead of actually doing the video project we made a video about zombies and killing each other in every scene, we then called it ZombieBros and it's been my username ever since.

Some 10 years back I want to make a unique nickname where no one else will come up with, but still sound like a persons name. I just keep trying combination of sounds till I came up with this.
P.S. Fast forward few years, I find this nickname starting to be taken when I sign up for games (T_T)
Fast forward a few more years, someone asked me if I'm Indian cause his female friend's name is called Asanidis.

This is a fairly new Steam name for me, but it comes from Avatar the Abridged Series on Youtube, in my opinion one of the funniest things ever, and those videos also introduced me to the show Avatar: The Last Airbender, which as some of you might know is one of the best shows ever =P

Napoleon forced one of my ancestors to choose it
His dad was named Simon so there you have it.

Here we will express how we choose the username we have on SG and on Steam.
SG: I choose this name because I signed up on a forum at one point and couldnt use Ryan. So I decided to put an H into the name and it just stuck ever since.
Steam: PTH is for a guild I am in for Guild Wars 2 and a few other games, Ryahn is obvious, [OCN] is for a overlock community called Overclock.net and the умник means smartass
