Portal 2.. awesome game, but very simple, made for 5 y/o kids or something.

So..who played portal 2? how many hours and how many chamber tests walkthrough did you needed to complete the game?

I've spent 85.3 hours on that damn game... Many hours were spent idling or playing a community test chamber or whatever. I was oblivious to easy solutions. And oh god, I was an absolute idiot while playing co-op.

I'm not sure, but I think I've just been insulted
(no, I did not use any walkthroughs. That'd defeat the entire purpose of the game)

Yes it was very easy, much easier than 1.
I played about 30-40 hours, mostly doing community maps (both single and multi). You can find challenging ones from the community so it makes up for the easy ones from Valve.
To complete the game took probably 6-8 hours...I can't remember for sure.

19 hours

Most of it is co-op. I actually tried a community map yesterday, but it took forever to download and lasted a whole 30 seconds before I had to download the next chamber. It's safe to say that I will not be playing anymore community maps.

I played it on the xbox, at a critical point in my life where I couldn't even finish games like Dragon Age and Deadly Premonition and Lost Odyssey due to me not being overly interested in the console anymore. And yet, I finished it, and then finished it right away again to hunt down the achievements, then played some co-op too... Basically, the only other game that did this to me was Deus Ex Human Revolution; the game is that good actually.

I didn't need any walkthroughs for it. The fun of the game is that you have to figure out the levels by yourself. This is why I never used any walkthroughs for this one, I only used a few for the first game but only for the camera/radio achievements and the challenges. If you feel that you can't finish this game without resorting to walkthroughs, then the problem is with you. Even I used walkthroughs for Penumbra and Amnesia, because they were not all that clear on what to do at times, but Portal 2? Never.

5 year olds can play it through - great! Not only is this a good game, it's accessible for everyone then. How is that a bad thing?

Overall, yeah, it's a great game. I hope you grow to like it over time, because my first impression was "nothing special, but alright I guess" and it was only after some time that I started to love it.

I see the singleplayer/co-op more as a 'tutorial' for the community maps ;) those are really great and challenging
