I actually died several times in the first/tutorial battle in Dragon Age: Origins. I'm THAT bad at thinking strategically.
It's gonna take a while until I learn the ropes. Oh well :)

I don't remember, but if a game has something like the typical "easy, normal, hard" I always go for normal. Either way, it's my fault, I've alwayas been this dumb when it comes to strategies.

BTW, totally agree with your appraisal of Dragon Age, definitely one of the best games I ever played.
That almost perfect gaming experience led me to try out Dragon Age II. I am still traumatized!

I haven't played the DLC or expansion that comes after the main game (yet), but if you haven't played the DLC that occurs during the main game, I'd highly recommend it. I especially liked having a storage chest, and Shale was easily my favorite character in DA:O.

I have it on Origin. Going to play it later on. But I rather play it on Steam because of some issues with origin.

They don't support my currency and while playing games, there is some lag. I'm more active on Steam anyways, I grabbed the game when it went free on Origin, hoping to play it but never got around to it. I was gonna buy the game on Steam.
