Easy. Name 1, pick 1 and watch it. Can be a classic, and indie movie, a short film or your favorite movie.

I really think that everyone should watch Fight Club. A life-changing film.

Now its YOUR turn.

No love for The Boondock Saints?

It's trashy, but it's trashinesss at its finest. Really enjoyable watch.

Also for a more "serious" movie, Leon The Professional.

You call it trashy? That movie is awesome!

The two are not mutually exclusive.

By "trashy" I meant it is hardly Oscar bait, yet watching it is a delight.

Mmmm pick one? I'd go with "Sometimes in April". If I could go with a 2nd it'd be "Blood Diamond".

I think I saw Kung Fury mentioned a few times so I'll try to watch that soon.

I can't believe nobody has said The Dark Crystal, Iron Giant or The Neverending Story! ALL classics!

Anyway, I'mma have to go with The Beaver (Mel Gibson) as my suggestion, or World's Greatest Dad (Robin Williams) because neither of them were anything like I expected...oh, or The Game with Michael Douglas & Sean Penn, it was the first (and so far ONLY) movie to ever leave me blindsided by the twist at the end...
Honourable mentions go to:
Doubt (Philip Seymour Hoffman, Meryl Streep)
The Boat That Rocked (Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rhys Ifans)
Scent Of A Woman (Philip Seymour Hoffman, Al Pacino, Chris O'Donnell)
The Master (Philip Seymour Hoffman, Joaquin Phoenix)
Pretty much anything with Philip Seymour Hoffman really...

As for what I'm gonna pick to watch, I'll go with Synecdoche, New York because I've been on a huge PSH kick since a few months before he died...I loved that man and his work so much, I was shattered when he died :'(

The Game was this open secret when I was in college; roommates and I would find out someone had never seen it and then get them to watch it. We almost always had a new convert:)

I love PSH, (rip) going to recommend Love Liza, Happiness, and State&Maine with him.

Guy Madden's 'The Saddest Music in the World'. A depression era-esque, melancholic 'Eurovision song contest' set in Winnipeg with plenty of dark humour thrown into the mix.

Well, the movie that that footage comes from is called Downfall and it's tremendous.

Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory is on top of my fav list. (from 1971, of course, not the remake).
And i'll cheat a few since i already saw a part of it, but i really need to watch Blade Runner entirely...

Very controversial (banned in several countries) when it came out now a classic by a genius, and one of my favorites directors, Stanley Kubrick -
A Clockwork Orange

Now I need to pick one? guess I'll go with Django Unchained 'cause some RL friends recommended it as well, and QT is very good director (esp. reservoir dogs).

Also a movie that probably most of you never heard of http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0879843/ the movie is about the massacre in Katyn by the Soviets during WW2 wich was blamed on the nazis and not "that" long ago finnaly was revealed to be the work of the communist regime.

A lot of people never heard of it due to it being Polish but even so it was better that most war movies i've seen in the last 15 years or so.

In fairness, the movie isn't awful, but it is stuck in mediocrity. I'd recommend the Netflix series instead.
