They might be counting the Sword of Asumi DLCs. This bundle is one key but I'm prettty sure they've been bundled as separate keys in the past.

Yes, always when the HH is on, the price rise up. For example now, price for tier 2 is $4.99, during HH it was $6.24.
Also, you can use group buy, or find a trader who is selling this bundle and it will be cheaper.

Since you get 2-4 packs during that, yes. Price is increased to around 150%, but even that can change. This happy hour price is surprisingly low.

correct. if you didn't buy the whole bundle yet before HH, then when you buy it as a gift, you'll get one extra copy.
you only get four other copies if you buy it the week before the first HH, and then purchase the entire bundle again during HH as a gift option.
Just remember, CHECK OFF THE GIFT BOX OPTION.

The reviews have changed since I last made the chart. I can't constantly keep updating the chart to reflect ratings up to date. The chart reflects the reviews when this went live one day ago. Since people added new reviews, obviously the rating has changed, so that is why you see it as negative now. It's a lot of work trying to look at how the ratings change everyday, so you'll have to click on the game to see the reviews at the current time.
