Just cleaning out my key list, so here is a mini music train:
I ran out of time so consider this episode 1. The next part will release once Kentucky Route Zero is done.
Or next week, whichever comes first.

Instead of the regular bump, feel free to share a song you enjoy.
Take care, be kind and good luck!

I've been listening to some bands that are coming to a festival I'll be visiting in june.
This one I'm really enjoying, although it took a few plays before I started to appreciate it.

The funny thing is, I saw this band in 2006 playing a gig in the local youth center. They were headlining a small indoor festival with another band that got big later on, Amenra (and about 6 other bands). There were about 150 people and I remember they were playing for about 100 euros and free drinks and slept at the attic of a friend of mine. We figured they would be great afterparty guys but all they wanted to do was sleep because they had another gig next day. So we partied elsewhere. Shows they were pretty serious musicians already. Its great to see how big they have become. Its a pity I dont remember all that much of that day. Beer does that.

This one is an alltime classic for me... saw them once live in 1995 and this song remained in my playlist.

I've got a strong suspicion that you do have good taste in music indeed (probably in movies/TV shows as well) :)

Forest City Lovers aren't together anymore, but I love their album Carriage. Here's a fave off of it.

I dig all kinds of music...as long as it's made by actual musicians playing instruments, and not machines. And will some of these new pop acts stop overprocessing the vocals, compressing the hell out of the recording to crap out the sound for garbage music devices (phones, ipods), and setting the bass level stupidly high so that every dumdum who has bought a sub for their car can crank it up and annoy people in traffic (and thinks that makes their stereo sound good)? [/mini rant] 🤣

But yeah, some cool stuff in there. A few cringey things (IMO - obviously, taste is subjective), but a lot of good stuff and a handful of weird-ass videos I'd never seen before. I always like to check out new stuff, even if it's not my normal bag.
