Fun fact: there is actually a hidden mini-quest in that game, regarding you collecting cats at your home (there can be as much as 12, if I recall correctly, and all of them are different), which you must feed and thus come back to your home often, to do that. That hidden quest was found out about only relatively recently, several years ago, despite the fact that the game itself is very well-known and nearing it's 30-th anniversary date now. The game is very obvious, it's 0/10 difficulty, so I'm not naming it. Let others try.

Go ahead and name the games if you want, since no one's guessing anyway.

I'm not so sure about the first one, since styles differ a bit, but I can take a guess it's either Puppeteer or some Rayman.
The second one is way too obvious and easy, literal 0/10 difficulty, so I'm not saying it. My opinion on it refused to change.

Lol okay. Your answer for the second game alone wouldn't count anyway, cause it's only a bonus + a hint for the game you gotta guess, which is the first one I posted. As for your guesses, it's neither one of these.
As I said, the second game is direct hint to the first due to their connection which wouldn't be hard to figure out given that the second game is very famous and isn't tied to that many other games and the pics for it are "literal 0/10 difficulty".

I never played Theatrhythm (so far), if that's what you're on about. Because, otherwise, I cannot fathom what the other "connection" could be, as it's already a very far and completely illogical reach you've seemingly tried to make there, if that's what you were doing.

Never heard about Theatrhythm, so no, but do keep us updated on your plans and playing progress.

That's too bad, better luck next time.
I'll agree though that saying that it's tied "directly" was a bit misleading, so I'll remove the word to not confuse anyone.

I didn't even notice, but you're totally right, there are different ones. I have no idea if it's a version difference or something else, I don't think the game got too much support from the devs around its release.
My picture came from a screenshot from Eurogame's website (so I guess it's vanilla), but the oldpcgaming.net picture misses that horizontal brass element from the top.
I wonder if there's a difference between my disc copy (if it still works), GOG and Steam version.

By rights this should be Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, but I don't remember monsters.

Confused.com that this hasn't gone already, but here is a second picture.

I've only seen it after the 2nd image was up, I would have been so annoyed with just the first picture, so familiar, but not knowing where from. :P
The 2nd was a dead giveaway when you've played it(at least I don't remenber beyond having the pyramid).

No, but I had the same thought when I cropped the image.

West of Loathing
https://www.duplichecker.com/reverse-image-search.php is good place to check before posting
I pass

Not quite right(no cowboy hat), but since it most likely uses the same assets(and it would be the next logical guess), I'll count it as correct.
It's the latest one, Shadows Over Loathing.
I did the reverse image with google and it didn't find it for me, or it must be one of the lower images(didn't check all the way to the bottom).

Why image search to get it, if you just want to pass anyway?

Can we have another picture please, no one seems to have any idea based off this one.

What is a boogaloo?
The Electric Boogaloo is a dance style that became meme-ified to denote crazy sequels, as popularized by the 1984 film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. While we are not break dance battling here, it is kind of like a screenshot battle and hence, the "screenshot boogaloo".
