What should we do now.?
Well with porn banned ... i'll start the save the goat foundation!

Truth be told, no one gives a crap about a goat being sodomized because there is no porn...

what bugs me is the way they did it..no public announcement no passing of law nothing. They can ban anything they want next without telling us why! Enjoy steamgifts till you have..
also
they got only 537 websites..
there are others.( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
porn finds a way

Why is that? Why do you care if people want to watch porn or not?

I'm really confused at your logic. What makes you say that porn is unhealthy?
I mean... there has to be a logic behind that reasoning. I'm just really confused and curious to know. :P

I've heard many of those claims before, but I've not seen any sources for them, other than the addictive nature of it (though if it's caused by something else and lack of porn would just result in another addiction instead is open for debate).
For the record, I'm not into porn myself (probably due to seeing things I wish I had not seen on the internet at a young age), so I don't have any stakes in defending the industry.

You know what is unhealthy? Sexual repression. Do you know why rape and abuse are always the most pronounced in conservative societies? Again, sexual repression.
We humans love some things by nature, let's not try to deny that. Some of them are good, such as food and adventure and altruism. Others can be bad depending on how you express them: For example, violence and sexuality.
For violence there existed a time where we had almost constant wars, raiding and pillaging, and even gladiatorial combats to satisfy that need, and that was terrible. So what do we do instead? Simply deny it? Won't work. That's why you have violent movies and video games today: So you can sate your desire for violence without actually hurting anyone.
Anyway, porn fulfills a similar need. Instead of going out and raping someone because you aren't getting your sexual desires fulfilled, or entering into an arranged marriage just for the pleasure of sex without any love involved and thus abusing your spouse, you can fulfill that need with things such as porn, prostitution, one night stands, etc etc...
The key, of course, is making sure that that IS harmless - in this case to the prostitutes, the actors, the person you met at the club(make sure they're not drunk!), but, you know, banning these things will not make them safer - quite the contrary, it'll make them happen illegally and thus prevent the government from regulating them.
If a porn actor/actress in a first world nation is being abused, they can take it to court, and get better work conditions. If a porn actor/actress in a country that bans porn is being abused, they can't do anything about it, and will have to live either with the abuse or out on the streets.

Of course, I agree it's not that simple, and there are certainly other factors. But it IS a factor. And I'm not saying porn in general is healthy - I'm saying repression in general isn't. If you don't feel any need to watch porn, that's 100% fine. If you do, but can't, and can't find any other way to satisfy your sexual desire, that's when you've got trouble.
In other words:
You not watching porn - Great!
The government forcing you not to - Not great!

I tend to agree with those sentiments. Here in SA there's hardly any repression, although there are talks of it because of high sexual related crimes. But, in my opinion, I doubt many of these offenders are doing so because of what they watch, but rather some warped sense of dominance, or other social factors. I've heard of sexual crimes against women just because they're gay, which I find even more preposterous...how does that fix what you deem is wrong?
Any ways, I'm just agreeing with you on the reasoning behind why these things happen don't all fit the general profile, if any.

You can reach it with a VPN or or even a proxy add-on on Firefox/Chrome (look for hola.org its blocked for me now. But i think your government just blocked porn, not proxy sites. Or at least i hope so ).
You can get a version of Tor Browser from many sites, update it and you'll have a free internet browsing experience. Trust me ;) i live in saudi arabia xD not proud, but i lived my entire life trying to get through the wall of censorship.
I would also recommend torrenting sites like TPB and KAT.

It was only a matter of time before they'd learn from the British.
Fight the power, use a proxy.
Or get friends to email you stuff. I don't know.

I'll need a source on that.
As for those claiming that this alleged "ban" will increase rape statistics, I'll ask you to follow suit.
