what do you think guys? what is more better?.. i need some answers because

ill try to build a new PC and my main problem is the cpu..

The CPU is the processor my friend, I think you mean build a PC.

Also, I would go Intel over those AMD CPU's, it may cost a little more but it's certainly preferred by most. An i5 2500K or i5 3570K would be fine.
