The 72x Consecutive 1Hr Flash Cakeday Event! +2 Trains
Main Flash Event is lvl 1+ / 1x lvl 0+ Train / 1x lvl 6+ Train
Well, it's that time of the year for me!
I wanted to try and do something a little unique for a forum event for this cakeday since it is the first one I was prepared for. It's technically speaking my 4th year on steamgifts, however, my first entire year I didn't actually use the site and had forgotten about it until I rediscovered it almost precisely a year later. So it's my 3rd actual year I just completed of using the site. (doesn't matter to me which year you want to consider it as)
Main Event:
For the main event I have setup 72x 1hr flash giveaways to start one right after another starting at midnight in my timezone (CST / UTC -6) on December 18th (Day Before Cakeday) and the final one is set to end at midnight (CST / UTC -6) on December 21 (Day After Cakeday completes)
The Rules for this event:
Please bump upon every single entry in order to make this event actually be successful. I have no issues taking on a few "Not Received" marks if I find the topic didn't get bumped by the winner(s). Not that I will check every single one, but any that are low on entries will certainly be checked so it would be best to bump to be safe. I don't care if you bumped just 1hour prior because you entered the GA before as well, or even if it was bumped 4seconds prior, re-bump again! I don't like making it mandatory at all, but in order to insure it's success I felt it necessary. Of course all other bumps of any type are welcome as well. xD
Train #1(lvl 0+)
Since the main event is for lvl1+ I wanted to additionally make a train that was available to those who can't afford to gift as well. This train will end at the same time as the final flash giveaway on the main event (Dec 21 - 12:00AM - CST/UTC-6).
Train #2(lvl 6+)
This is basically some of the goodies that were either leftover while I gathered keys or unbundled games that I wanted to host for more then just an hour. This train will end at the same time as the final flash giveaway on the main event (Dec 21 - 12:00AM - CST/UTC-6).
The Rules for the Train('s)
None besides the level restriction on Train #2, and If you have not activated your wins or have a multi-win in the last 90days I will submit a ticket and check if punishment has already been dealt. The past is the past so if your infraction is older then 90days feel free to still join. Bumps are not mandatory on trains since the Flash GAs should keep the topic just about pinned, if it's successful anyways. =)
Notes:
The charts are rather cumbersome but they are RaChart™ Enhanced, so if you are already using that script you will know what time you should pay attention to join GAs of games you do not own. If you are not already using it I strongly suggest you do, both for this event, and for the bundle threads throughout the forum.
I will do my best to send gifts off as soon as possible, however keep in mind this is 72 hours straight and I will require sleep and a few real life activities. Starting and Ending at Midnight my timezone I will probably already be asleep for the first few ending and the trains endings for example. xD
