Is anybody else also getting games refunded from your library?
This is the second time Epic refunds a free game for me (returning 0$) but I never requested the refund.
Support ignored previous case, never respond. It was "Dishonored®: Death of the Outsider™" previously, now "Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game".

Shitty of Epic games launcher takes its highest level of being crap. This is some kind of mistake. Game update of 400MB is in progress since 1,5h on internet speed more than 200MB, moreover while that computer is bricked and unusable freezed by epic of course. It happens for yrs and i'm wondering why the hell nobody fixed this since so many years, and its getting worse and worse

Not really. Harder to find information. If you had your own rant thread people would come to rant and hate on epics app and not free games. People come here to find free games and leaks.

any way for germans to get dying light? vpn doesn't do it cause it because your country is in your epic acc settings and you have to "contact support staff" to change it.

I doubt it. My account isn’t set to Germany, but I do use a German proxy. When I went to claim Dying Light, the website said it wasn’t available in my region. Since the country of my account isn’t Germany, all I needed to do was disable the proxy. In your case, as you mentioned, not even changing your IP works.

If you manage to use a non-German IP that is not being detected as a VPN by Epic, you can change the region in the settings without actually contacting support. So either go travelling or find a friend from another country and use TeamViewer or similar or find a VPN that is not being detected. Source: I just did that.
