The first thing I thought of with the radioactive symbol was Duke Nukem, but that series has been anemic as of late.

Most likely Possibly Fallout 76 since atoms are the in-game currency you can buy for real money (and other Fallout games don't really reference atoms directly). Also has been given away before on Amazon Prime (Microsoft Store), and recently bundled (Steam). So that would could make the most sense.
Edit 1: There's also a strong match with Fallout: New Vegas since one of the symbols looks like a poker chip and the star (right picture) matches perfectly with the star symbol on the New Vegas welcome sign.
Edit 2: I'm now convinced it's most likely New Vegas, with a small chance it could be Fallout 76.

i think Fallout New Vegas free on epic is not the Ultimate Edition. when i open the store it redirect me at the normal version. Has anyone tried this to see if all the dlcs are actually there?

I downloaded the game and realized what the problem is :)
DLC has been deactivated in the setup file
But it's easy to fix everything
1) launching a game (...\Fallout New Vegas\Fallout New Vegas English\ FalloutNVLauncher.exe )
2) DATA FILES
3) select all DLC
4) Ok
5) Play
PS: If you plan to install third-party translations of the game (Polish, Czech, Russian or others), then don't forget to activate the language packs in the same menu (if the translation installer does not do it automatically).

I think the publisher has to actively choose to use the feature, but the feature exists.

Before installing, in the library next to the game name there are 3 dots, click on it and in "options" uncheck the other languages.

no. this game on Epic is installed differently from gog and steam. there aren't language packs on steam/gog. unlike Epic on steam and gog you don't have to install english if you want to play it in other languages

let me correct you - "I am happy that epic is giving away games for free, so even those people who cant afford them can instead play them legally without pirating them + raise awareness for both classics and newer games and despite sometimes having some issues and misunderstandings with editions given away its still pretty cool to gather a sizable collection of games without spending a cent"
