if you mean for option 2 then you would have to find a different way to provide the game to the winner or make a new valid giveaway (game has not being given away for free before, has a winner that has accepted and received the game).
For general giveaways standard SG rules apply, you sort that out with the winner in whatever way they are happy with, we don't interfere there at all (and winners are not required to agree to a deletion if that is what you are asking for here).
But generally I would suggest against giving away keys in giveaways that you are unsure of and can't afford to replace the key.

One would hope he chooses de-escalation. Support Staff are here to facilitate the working of the site and to enforce the Guidelines. On occasion, a user may choose to be recalcitrant. In such cases, permaban is usually the result.

I have someone on our group thread that know he is on my BL, blocked on steam and discord after he trolled + wrote me that he will come and "visit me" in City X. I have something active that don't let him get my geo location exactly, so he named the wrong city but in the right part of germany.
He write from time to time (far from as often as the guy in this case) and i questioned the mods if there isn't a possibility to stop that because it's clear he only troll.
The answer were "As long as he don't insult we can do nothing".
So i am very surprised that it is possible to do something

Well... in hi68712's case, it's still only a suspension. I mean, they might eventually pile up if the guy doesn't stop, but... yeah... no incendiary, derogatory comments, no death threats, nothing deemed "serious"... meaning that he'll be able to troll forever if that's what he wants to do, with very little consequences. He's on a four-week suspension. I have a feeling he's going to get back at trolling as soon as his suspension is over. You'd think that after several suspensions, the next logical step would be a ban... but in this case, I doubt this will happen. Because, yeah, he's just trolling in a non-threatening way. Still... I do wonder what's the point of keeping people like that part of the SG community...

Yeah, that'd be nice if that guy could get something... Even if he's just trolling, he seems that he just won't stop. And if SG is the only way for him to contact you now... yeah, maybe a mod should step in. Even if the guy isn't rude nor aggressive, eventually, it gets annoying. And yes, for most people, a simple warning and maybe a lil' suspension will be enough to stop the bad behavior. That is... if they care about being part of SG. In hi67812's case... he hardly makes GA's nor contributes to the forum. If he isn't more involved, to me, that indicates that he simply doesn't care about SteamGifts. But he probably enjoys the trolling to a certain extent. He's kind of a dead weight. Keeping him around doesn't make sense, imo.

It doesn't make sense to have a lot of the black sheeps on sg too, from the point of a lot of users (mostly the ones that give something), but it will not be changed because a high member count bring cg money in form of better payments for ads, advertising, clicked (ref) links to shops and raised worth of the site/domain.
Easy as that.
And that count for nearly all business sites, not only here.

You have a point... Sure, the higher the member count is, the better for CG, I suppose. Still.. how many of those members have ad blockers? Most lvl 0 members don't seem to check and interact in the forum.. no ref links clicked. In theory, having the highest number of members is good but... conversion might not be that good on SteamGifts, if most members don't view/click ads. Still dead weight in my opinion. And if you take into account those who use auto-joiner scripts... I think that very few members of SG have an impact on CG's gain.

With clicking directly on ad links you are correct with them but the higher member count bring more and higher basic offers and the sites worth is higher with a higher member count.
If they are all inactive or not is there not so important because it is like "i can reach X million users with it" and not "...but there are only 50k active members"^^.

For option 1 you have to pick 1 game you have won on SG (that fits the criteria listen in the post), tell me which one is going to be (before you start playing the game) and beat the game. Once you are a member of the group only the games you won from of the group need to get played.

Games have minimum system requirements listed on the store page. You are expected to check those before entering a group giveaway. If you enter for it knowing your PC doesn't pass the requirements it is considered your own fault and you are expected to either figure out a way to play it or you would get kicked from the group.

Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played.
