So long story short — I gave away State of Decay: YOSE before it was bundled (when I crated giveaway it was counted as full price) and got contribution level 2. But day later i am back to level 1.
Dont you think its a bit unfair? After that, I dont want to make giveaways anymore.

I think the problem with the current implementation, if it didn't change since I last checked a lot of time ago, is that it removes points you earned for something out of your control and something that is not your fault.
It's not a scam or anything, maybe it was just difficult to implement it properly with the current system or something, but I too find it a bit unfair that the points you have reflects the actual situation of the games you gave away in the past, and not the situation of the games at the moment you gave them away.
That said, I didn't get any "demotion" since a lot of time, so things might have changed in the meanwhile. Maybe these points are only taken back if the game is discovered to have a reduced value at the time of the giveaway?

You seem to want to argue semantics as to the definition of 'free' in your posts, but that's not what's important. What's important is that any game included in a mass giveaway (1K+ copies) will give no CV. This game just had over half a million keys dumped onto unsuspecting people who may or may not even want it, even a tiny fraction of which would be enough to flood Steamgifts, so of course it will be added to the free games list.

This must be a sure-fire try to get on as many blacklists as possible :)
