Don't think you should buy it(even if just for keeps), unless you don't ever bet. I bought some $40 dota2 item and planned on keeping, but after a few months i gave in to temptation and bet it away. (lost the bet obviously)

If it's any more than a few pennies, then it's not worth it.

It boggles the mind why anyone would pay an ungodly amount of money for a texture that no one is really going to notice anyway.

Not for me, I wouldn't buy any skin for actual money.

If you mean if it's a good price compared to its worth, then yes, I suppose it is. If you mean if it's smart to buy a virtual knife, then you must be kidding me - of course you shouldn't spend so much money to buy a virtual knife.

Its a skin for a gun that does nothing but make your gun look pretty, or at least pretty in your eyes. Skins for games are worth nothing to me as I don't care how my weapon looks in game and I don't care what other peoples guns look like.

I was lucky enough to get something in a game that I sold off for 8 bucks, its now going for pennies.

So the question "is it worth it" shouldn't be asked of us, the question you should be asking yourself is "is it worth it to me". If its worth it to you, get it, if its not don't get it.

Just remember that 100 dollars can go a LONG way to getting lots more games during the next sale, or buying lots of bundles with even more games in them if the 100 bucks is not sitting in your steam wallet.
