Ghost Master coz it just plain sucks.

Galactic Civilization II coz it ate my brain. The game eats people like me that can't play CIV games at all. I thought it would be like a Galactic RTS or something but it wasn't...

Half Life 1

Payday: the heist.. i thought it would be so much better

Half my steam library is regrets.

Payday 2 for the 360. I only picked it up because I knew some console buddies who were getting it, so I got it for both the 360 and PC. Great game, but Overkill really dropped the ball at being able to make a stable patch that would pass Microsoft's certification. Love the game to death on PC, but wish I had never bought it on the 360. With all the bugs and lack of content, my friends quickly moved on and I was stuck with a digital copy that a year later, has never gotten a single patch.

Starbound. I just thought it would be all the fun Terraria was, but I just couldn't get into it like I did with Terraria.

Mine would be BRINK. I even bought it twice and gifted it to a friend of mine... Aw man!

My biggest regret is Thief Gold, not that the game is not good, I never played it, but it was free on Amazon.com, you just had to use a coupon... that I forgot to use. 6.99$ for a game I didn't want.

Hmm, maybe if I ever remembered to play the games I'd have some regrets. :) Mainly it's just been surprise when some cheap bundle game was more fun than the expensive thing I was excited about buying. :) Oh, never mind, I mean:

For me it would be Garry's mod ( its just not for me ) but my most regretted game to date is Nether. Cant join half the servers, The game world looks good but there is all most nothing interactive in it, and I don't have the net to keep up with the big updates every week. all in all id rather play Infestation

Starforge is my biggest regret. Dishonoured is one of the best games ever though, i dont get how anyone could not like it.

I may get some hate for this, but I regret buying Legend of Grimrock. I don't like its interface and controls at all, to the point I just get frustrated.
Anyway I'm thinking about buying Bad Rats, so I'll be soon regretting that.

Arma 2. Everyone hyped the shit out of DayZ. It was the most boring, laggy, unoptimized, poorly designed, shitty backpack inventory management, unimmersive, lackluster, hour of my life.

I regretted buying Total War Rome 2 and Age of Empires 3 for just 50% off. I was new to Steam and I had no idea that the games went as low as 75%-90ish% off in most sales. The games were okay, but not worth the $22 and $15 that I spent on them, respectively

Left 4 Dead 2, because I bought it few days before it became free for everyone. I regret it so much that I decided that I would never play it!
