Woodlice (isopods) are terrestrial crustaceans. Therefore, they need to stay in humid environments cause they breathe through gills.
Female isopods lay eggs into a ventral pouch (made of gelatinous substance). When they hatch, the babies rip it and spend the first week of their lives under their mother, that protects them from predators and lead them to foodsource safely.
Common woodlice can live from 2 to 4 years. They are omnivorous, specifically detritivores. They can eat almost anything, even heavy metals. They are very useful to cleanse any environment and their poop is an amazing fertilizer for plants.

In August 2017, astronomers at the Ligo observatories in the United States and Virgo in Italy observed gravitational waves - fluctuations in spacetime predicted by Albert Einstein more than a century ago - produced by the collision of two dead stars or neutron stars. .

The event occurred 130 million years ago.

No, travelling faster than light cannot help you escape the "inside" of the black hole. It's already massive enough to drag the rest of your future timelines with you and time outside the black hole have already passed outside the event horizon relative to you. The black hole is already your new universe with your old one is basically...gone.
Meaning: Relativity and physics would not let you do that.

i like astrology ,but i thought you need to present a fact .
our solar system has only one star.
our milky way has probably around 100-200b stars.
In the universe there is way more stars than trees we have here.
the saying was usually we have more sand than stars, but that was wrong though ,there are more stars.

Do dinosaur facts count as scientific facts? I'm not much of a fact person myself but I'm unfortunate enough to have a dinosaur nerd as a partner so I somehow know quite a few, I suppose some of those may cross over with science like for example.

Grass evolved after the extinction of the non-avian dinosaurs so many dinosaurs did not walk on grass. I believe the closest thing to grass was ferns but that part may be misremembering.

Crocodiles etc are not close to being dinosaurs like a lot of people believe, in fact far from being even somewhat close. However birds are dinosaurs, they're not close to being dinosaurs, they are legitimate dinosaurs.

Also, a fact that's been regularly drilled into my head recently because and I quote "children keep annoying me about it" is that no. A lion would not stand even the slightest chance of victory against an Alosaurous. I'd say that's quite an obvious fact, due to the size difference and everything, but I guess many kids disagree lmao.

I don't mind if I qualify to enter the wishlist, I just wanted to make use of at least two or three of the too many to count facts that are filling me head x)

Banana peels have almost no friction.
Banana peels have felled many cartoon characters, Mario Kart players, and average people alike. However, what makes it so slippery in the first place? To answer this, four Japanese scientists measured the amount of friction between a shoe, a banana skin, and the floor. Turns out, the friction coefficient was at an almost nonexistent 0.07 – walking with the banana peel was 6 times slippier than normal friction between a shoe and the floor.

You probably already know this, but I'm gonna shoot for the low-hanging fruit.

Any number that can be reduced to nine (by adding all digits together) is divisible by nine.

81 > 8+1 = 9

12,345,678 > 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8 = 36 > 3+6 = 9

Any level of reduction. If it equals nine, it's divisible by nine.

Sperm whales use sound as sonar and it's so loud, they can even kill with it. Freedivers researching them have stated that they are feeling heated up after a while and it is believed that they use their sonar to hunt giant squids.

Those divers didn't die because sperm whales are intelligent enough to reduce their noise in order not to kill people accidentally.

Despite their name, killer whales or orcas are the largest members of the dolphin family. Technically, orcas are also whales because delphinids belong to the Cetacean order within the toothed whale (Odontoceti) suborder. However, the term whale is typically reserved for baleen whales of the Mysticeti suborder.

The major physical feature that ensures orcas are dolphins is the presence of a melon -- a fatty deposit that assists the animals in echolocation and only exists in dolphins.

The light from the Sun needs about 8 minutes to reach Earth.
However it needs on average about 40000 years to travel the much shorter distance through the Sun's interior.
