Final Fantasy 6-10 (play the original versions if at all possible, especially for FF6 and 10)
Persona 4 (Vita version has more content, but PS2 version has significantly better voice acting for one of the main party members)
Psychonauts
Undertale
Grandia 1 (if you know Japanese play the Sega Saturn version. Also coming to Steam, but sounds like they may butcher the art)
Parasite Eve 1 (the sequels can, and probably should be, ignored)
Lunar: Silver Star Story / Eternal Blue
Metal Gear Solid (the original PS1 game)

why no one still mentioned Deponia Complete (Deponia, Chaos on Deponia, Goodbye Deponia)?

I didn't play The Last Guardian, but I want to. (ps4 only)

It seems you are into JRPGs
I would highly recommend a developer named nihon Falcom, their works include YS series,ZEWI and The Legend of Heroes:Trails series.
I find some of them already in your library, have you tried Trails in the Sky FC+SC? I think this is the best one of the series, and still on my top 3 JRPG list after several years.
(well,it is turn-based,if you prefer act,there's YS.)
and,Tales of Symphonia has tales sisters such as Tales of Berseria(also in your library)
Nier also has sisters named Drag-on Dragoon trilogy
Besides,if you want to have a look on VN.........
story-rich VN and adventure games that is more like a VN
The Red String Club
↑from same developer of God is Watching
To The Moon
Rakuen
↑I feel heart-warming and heart-breaking at the same time
Where the Water Tastes Like Wine
Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth
Night in the Woods
Life Is Strange
Valiant Hearts: The Great War™
PSYCHO-PASS
STEINS;GATE
Zero Escape trilogy
↑the last two are really fantastic ,and for zero escape I recommend a 3ds/nds version
By the way, just another personal recommend(please forgive me if you're not willing to see that),I find some games like Tales of wuxia and The Gate of Firmament and Chinese Paladin in your library. To tell the truth,I don't think first two is good choices in story telling, and the third has a decent story with a very poor system,So if you are interested in Chinese culture, the Gujian series would be better, especially the latest Gujian 3,with its English version on progress(aha I'm not going to make ads, just mention this in case you waste time on not-that-interesting ones.(^▽^)

If "Divine Divinity" doesn't float your boat, I doubt that the other parts of the series will.
Of course it depends on what you found lacking.
I haven't played all of them and I must admit that I lost the motivation during "Beyond Divinity" and its uninspired, generic sidequests.
But I had a good time with "Divinity 2: Ego Draconis".
Then again, it had to do with dragons, so I might be a bit biased in this case xD
edit: Ah yes, a recommendation? Hm... as for the games with the best story I've played so far, that would be

Of Orcs and Men The game where I didn't expect a so good story. And the 2 main characters are just perfect. And there is a lot of dialogs to exploit them. But the gameplay is average in comparison.

Yes, I even finished the first Styx, but the story of Of Orcs and Men is really better in my opinion and there is more dialogs. The story of Styx: Master of Shadows is far to be bad, but this time the game focus more on gameplay. One of the best stealth game.
Of Orcs and Men really surprised me with its story and it's because this game that I play Styx: Master of Shadows ;)

Also some controversial opinion- Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 and 3. (Or at least it's controversial to people who haven't played them, I think most of my friends who have would agree with me. ;P )

Secret World Legends. It's a F2P re-release of The Secret World.
It has MMO roots but is largely playable solo if you want to lone wolf it (like me). Pretty grindy but if you just want it for the story you can manage fine without trying to level up for all the endgame fluff.

Analogue: A Hate Story Chistine Love is one of the best video game writers out there right now.
Bastion I mean, I've only played Bastion, but that alone was so good I'm willing to believe all the Supergiant games are worth a look.
The Blackwell series There are one or two plotholes by the end of the series, but who cares when the atmosphere is this great, the dialogue this strong, and the characters so darn likable? I've heard it's also an incredibly accurate portrayal of New York.
The first two Danganronpa games The first one's great, the second one improves on it in almost every way. I wish they were less skeevy with their female characters, and the whole vibe is very anime, but eh. Still a great thriller.
Little Inferno Yep. The fireplace simulator.
Night in the Woods Full of messy, complicated relationships and the most accurate millennials I've seen in a story.
Sunless Sea an Sunless Skies Obligatory. It's not so much about one cohesive plot as it is about packing the world with fantastic writing.

From what I've seen from your list, I believe you like Action RPG more? you may want to head up the ARPG tag on Steam to see if you like anything from that category. :)
As mentioned before, Yakuza 0, its the most pleasant surprise for me this year, get it on PS4 tho, the PC port may not be the best. Surprise GoTY for me.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance, if I remember correctly, 4yrs in the making, its almost a Medieval Witcher but of course Witcher is a better series in many ways.
Pathfinder: Kingmaker, deep storyline, high replayability and I heard its recent hotfix made big changes to the game, probably a good time to jump into it if you haven't.
Divinity Origin Sin 2, just have to put this in here, feels bad not to mention this!
Octopath Traveler on Switch, I enjoyed what I see on stream, if only its available on PC too, The only title that caught my eye for Switch this year. Looks like Old School RPG tho graphically may not look the best but offer lots of fun imo.
Best wishes on your adventure quest and Happy Holidays, ^_^ Cruse~

I really need your help. I finished all Kingdom Hearts games the 3th time to be prepared for Kingdom Hearts 3. After the the Final Battle Trailer I am totally dying. I need this game. I really love the story telling and the emotions (Soras despair at the end, holy cow)
So there is still a month to go and I even have some free days and need some games with great stories.
I really need to sink into the story to forget about Kingdom hearts for a month, Please I need your help.....
Some games I played and enjoyed the Story, just to let you know.

Devil may cry series (well the story is not really totally amazing but i liked this cheesy kind of storytelling)
Dragon Age: Origins
Nearly all Final fantasy main titles
God of War
Nier
Persona Revelation
All quantic dreams games (Heavy Rain, Fahrenheit, Beyond two sould, detroit become human)
Wolfs among us
Walking dead
Suikoden 1+2
Tales of Symphonia
Witcher Series
White Knight chronicles
Beyond Good and Evil
So it doesnt matter which console. I have a 3ds,pc,ps4 and switch. I need your help! It doesnt matter if its a rpg, shooter, adventure or whatever. I just want to enjoy my time.
Actually I play Divine Divinity, feels a bit like a normal standard fantasy story. Hopefully the others are better, I have all games of this series but cant find myself diving deeper in.
A little GAfor your time.
