its been so long... so long since i first heard this song... if you love iggy pop you probably have heard about raw power... but have you heard about rough power!? its basically the "true" song, the songs released and popularly known are diferent mixes of the actual songs... rough power are the unedited RAW songs... and there isnt a place online to listen to it... no sites to download it... i've only seen it on amazon and since i can not import stuff its not much of an option and so... i am happy to have finally found a link to download the album and as a celebration here is a song... i'll probably upload the songs on youtube

Oh damn,that's the Bomp Records release! To this day that's still a controversial move amongs fans and surviving members of the band. Personally I like the original (got it on vinyl about 12 yrs ago or so) but Rough Power is a nice window into their process.

by the original do you mean the bowie mixes? i mean i LOVE those songs but i just can not resist it when there is an "original" version... i mean its the actual artists music, for me mixes are just alterations of the pure songs... it isnt bad i just want to experience the actual thing too

random thread that i am sure are atleast 300 already but what are you listening to lately (music i mean )... i've been listening a lot of Queen of the stone ages, i tried listening to it a long while ago because foo fighers is my favorite band and dave grohl my favorite musician and they tend to work togheter, but i didnt really liked it before, but now i really love their robot rock, and also Eagles of fucking death metal, i really love those guys, i started listening to them for the same reason that with QotSA but i liked the all along.. here ara a couple of tracks :D... oh and also thanks again to our lord and savior Dave Grohl i've been listeing to the soundtrack of Sound City a lot
