It seems HITMAN 2 is broken though. At least for some, It starts but you can't play any of levels. I'd guess because they allow you to select what levels to download.
And in other news, they still haven't fixed preload for legit customers. You can only preload 8GB of 100GB aka the mandatory portion / tutorial.

I've seen posts on various sites stating the Origin purchased version of Mad Max had Denuvo patched out. Does anybody have anything factual on this (one way or another). I use duckduckgo, so search results are not always 100% what i want (hence I ask here).

Origin version of Mad Max is Denuvo free according to Denuvo Games group (curator)

Back in the day I understood "bypassed" as some kind of Denuvo emulation, so they did not really remove the protection from the exe. Cracked means, in theory, a clean executable (DRM free). With the most recent Denuvo versions I think they are using emulation again but I really haven't investigated thoroughly, sorry.

In theory I think it's ok to pirate these games, in reality I usually either skip them or get them cheap via black market (or win them here, hehe). Basically, to my mind, Denuvo itself is unethical to the extent it's fine to do as we please with these games.

I plan on pirating some, but so far I already have many games on Steam and my main priorty is hunting for achievements/online progress. At this point it feels weird for me to play fully offline game.

IMPORTANT: Please, add (type) the tag "Denuvo" manually to all Denuvo games you visit in the Steam Store, there aren't still enough games tagged as "Denuvo" so the tag does not appear. I'm adding direct links to the games below.
Also you can join this group and you will get a notice in every game profile with Denuvo.
