At GameStop's site (from Steam, it looks like you're in the US), click on Check Store Availability. I don't think many of their stores still have it in stock, but at the ones that do, it's down to $4.

Contrast is short, and not as fully-fleshed out as I would have liked it to be, but the gameplay is fun and innovative, and the story definitely makes you want to keep playing, so I'll give my recommendation on this one:

One of my favorite match-3 games, and with RPG-strategy thrown in!
http://store.steampowered.com/app/12500/PuzzleQuest_Challenge_of_the_Warlords/
Absolutely delightful - the weird graphics really suit the gameplay and story:

A side-scrolling horror-adventure that is not really scary, but will make you think. Review HERE
http://store.steampowered.com/app/388880/Oxenfree/
A touching side-scrolling adventure with some action - I'm not sure I've ever seen it on sale for less than 50% off. Review
http://store.steampowered.com/app/260230/Valiant_Hearts_The_Great_War__Soldats_Inconnus__Mmoires_de_la_Grande_Guerre/
Don't be thrown off by the graphics, this puzzle-adventure game has a great depth to it. Review

I love this game. It's kind of a timed match-three type of puzzle game, but with ZOMBIES! It makes me smile just thinking about it.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/203560/Containment_The_Zombie_Puzzler/
This one is really a hidden gem, which I'd love to see more people talking about. Review

Gorgeous - albeit dark - graphics with two different endings depending on your choices. Review

Riskers for $2.49 (75% off). Riskers is a top-down shooter, it's basically the best of Hotline Miami and GTA2 combined.

Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers
90% discount at around a dollar but get the soundtrack edition or you're likely going to have regrets like me because there's no way of purchasing the soundtrack on Steam without removing the regular version.
Oh yeah, its a really different but very good game

Graphic style is beautiful but fights are not very intuitive.
You don't risk a lot but there are probably a lot of better games for this price.

only don't own the pre-sequel from that bundle so for me it costs only 5.52€ while with -70% discount it costs 11.99€, might still be a great deal for other missing games, not sure

Thx, got Gears of war 4 Ultimate Edition ... now it has full cross platform multiplayer, you do not have to worry about the playerbase ever again and it works on all modes (ranked too). So fun to play against console peasants with KB+M combo. :D

How does it look to you?
Remember:
Not all games will show discounts right away because Steam apparently uses different way of providing content nowadays which prevents the store from crashing all the time like it used to do before, but because of it everything refreshes slowly. Also, some smaller games appear as having 0 reviews when that's not the case. Check steamdb for ratings if needed.
