Policy regarding closed betas with limited time.

Hello, each week, I have a beta key for TERA Online but only available for the week-end. From friday 3PM until Sunday midnight.
I don't really like the game so I'm never using these myself so, can I give them away each week ? And if I could, how should I do it since it is NOT on steam. You have to create an account on the TERA Online website and enter the key which I'll provide if I can. Also, in case I could make the giveaway, it won't be done in a normal way since it is not a steam game, so my question is : Will the random winner selector still work in this forum (Since it'll probably be done here) ? Thank you for your answers. Please do not bash me if I did something wrong, I am pretty new and while reading the FAQ, I did not encounter any of my previous questions (I may be blind).

It will not work in the forums, but you could have everyone pick a number, and then randomly generate a number

Well I guess since no one replied, it doesn't really interest people so I'll just close the thread. Guess nobody wants them.
