The game awards 2016

With pc ports, such claims do not really help since there are infinite amount of configurations which would allow such an outcome, regardless of the quality of the port. There were those who could play Batman: AK just fine on launch, but it doesn't mean it was a good port :P.

The issues with Dishonored 2 are well documented and it does seem they are actively fixing the issues.
