Hey everyone, our support family is growing today. We have 8 new users joining the team:

I think they'll be a great help to the community, and I'm looking forward to having them with us. Try not to scare them away! This brings our staff up to 24 users, although a few are inactive. We'll see if we can push that number closer to 30 in the near future to help reduce response times, and to spread out the workload amongst the staff.

FWIW, I believe that's the amount of created tickets, so that number will never decline (unless you hack the database).

I don't know how to directly link to the open tickets on the bottom of the page but if you scroll down to "Per Category" you can see the "The total number of support tickets that are currently open in each category." The number of tickets at the top of that page is the total number of tickets. I should have made that clear in my post.

User Reports probably include many multiple reports of some individuals. At least I hope that there are not so many rulebreakers.

Many reports of some individuals. Also, many reports with zero information given (and therefore useless). And reports about things that require no action and therefore get closed because there is no appropriate response. (e.g. "This user posts cat pictures in all of my giveaways!")

CG is going to be trying to get the team to 30 so they are still recruiting. I'm sure that people will be replaced if they are inactive long term so that will be happening. Just chill!
