What do you mean you can't afford to build yourself? Building yourself is cheaper than buying premade.
That graphics card isn't great at all though.

i was hoping to soon be able to play in 1920x1080 for once xD so this card would suck?

$700 is just about the right price to build your own computer or at least here in the states.
Do you have any computer/computer building websites in Denmark?
This is the build I plan to get which is about $700, there's probably price differences though.

2-3 times as much here in dk to build a pc :-( you know any site sending to other countries?

There's not that big difference. Maybe few $ more or less. I live in Latvia (it's in Europe too) but the prices are almost the same. So I think if he will take a look at prices in some Denmark internet stores he will get it for about same price. He just need to look. Hell if he can't get this he can always choose CPU that's not overclockable and different motherboard for non-clockable CPU.

4000dkk=700$ a pc here is 8000-12000 if it's build self

That makes no sense, that statement. It's like saying "hey a car here costs 100,000 euros!"
There's Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Maybachs, but then there's also Volkswagen, Peugeot, etc. And different models. You can make a PC that costs 700$ or a PC that costs 2000$, it's all up to you. And no way in hell that hardware in DK is double the price of other EU countries. Even if that were true, you could always ship it from a neighbouring country.

Actually, judging by your posts on this whole thread, you really don't know anything about PC hardware. Which is totally ok, not trying to insult you here, just saying. It might be better to ask around in your group of friends, find someone who knows a lot about building PCs etc, get them to help you choose parts for your PC, ask around for second opinions on the advice they give, then get them to help you order / build the PC.

Well, you can always get different CPU and better graphics card. For example, I have i3-3220 with GTX660Ti and I run all games on max without any problems. So maybe you can get i3 CPU and maybe GTX650 or GTX660. Everything else can be kinda like the one PC you asked about. + you will be able to upgrade to i5 later because i3 and i5 has same socket.
But anyway - try to take a look at Poland's prices. I have heard that computers and hardware are cheaper there. Maybe it will be cheaper to buy it in there and pay for shipping then buying it in Denmark.

Imma check when I get to my pc again :-) thank you

Add 15$ to your 700$ and you have your own system: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/w23R
You can always change some things like MOBO or PSU or choose different graphics card but this will be enough for some while.

Well, you didn't say you're from Denmark. But you can see what you can get for 700$. Just take a look at some Denmark internet stores for best prices. Will be much better than buying prebuilt system that you probably won't be allowed to change much because of warranty.

Cyber Power PC and iBuyPower have online configurator apps that they issue warranties on. Tweak to your heart's content.

Compare their component prices with the same components sold piecemeal, including shipping. Since these custom build places get bulk discounts on parts, they can often ship a custom assembled PC for cheaper than it would cost you to assemble it. It won't always be cheaper, but if it's pretty close you may wish to consider the convenience of getting them to do it for you. Nothing like getting a PC in the mail and it's online in under ten minutes.

Have you ever considered doing a fresh install of windows on the computer that you already have? I would be more focused on trying this first before you start buying replacement hardware when the old may still work.
