Nah, not interested this time! ( ̄へ ̄)
I would if I had enough money, damnit! ಥ﹏ಥ

Last month bundle was epic, I insta bought it and did the same with this one. I bet it will have really good games this month too.

This is an amazing unlock but also makes me sad that due to a hiccup I missed the Vermintide + DLC bundle.

Wow...I feel like I got ripped off since I paid $45 for Total War:hammer during the Winter Sale.IMHO it's also way too good a game to get bundled this soon, but with the Bretonnian faction becoming playable as Free-LC this month and with the Old World Edition releasing, I guess they figured it was a good idea.

Well, enjoy everyone! If you don't play as the Dwarfs you're doing it wrong though.Kazuk!

I would have been if my computer at the time could have run it on even minimum settings. Do you feel like you've gotten your $60 out of it at least?

Nice one, didn't expect this one so soon. Sadly one of the few total wars that doesn't interest me one bit. xD

I find this still one of the tamest and more affordable ways to keep giveaways rolling: relatively popular and decent-rated games (well, except for that one memorable fuckup and its glorious 21% rating), with a low enough giveaway rate to still be interesting enough even for more hardcore addictscollectors like the alluring siren above me who wants you to fall into the clutches of bundle-buying addiction again.

I skipped that monthly one it was in, so I don't own it. But I don't even enter giveaways for it because it's meh. Wouldn't want that as a win on SG:

Doesn't that looks like a DLC fest that makes you pay the same game multiple times ?

Trust me it's fine, there's a lot that the base game offers, and with the amazing workshop community, you won't ever feel like you're "missing out".

Plus all the factions are there, they're just not all playable.Unlike other Total War games all the way back to ROME, instead of the other factions basically being the same "cavalry+footmen" just with different colors and vaguely different tactics, each army in TWW plays entirely differently. Much like the tabletop game it's based upon.

It worked out well. I already traded this game for $12 worth of gems, so all other games will be practically free :-D

Oh yes. As someone who played a lot of Warhammer as a nerdy teen, with a mild interest in Total War games, I've had my eye on this for ages! Little annoying that I won't be able to play as some of the cooler armies (Wood Elves... sobs) until the expansion pass or whatever is on sale but not a deal breaker.

Great game but you'll have to spend another $400 for the "complete experience" after they're done, or just wait 8 years and get the complete edition when everything is out since they have 2 more games/expansions in the pipe

There's been an increased amount of Warhammer games lately, period.

Admittedly a lot of them have been shite though, with min-transactions and paywalls (Arcane Magic, WH Quest, several of the latest 40k games, apparently).

Thankfully FatShark mined some gorl with Vermintide and CA made a pact with the Chaos Gods themselves to make the superior Total Warhammer.

For sure! Well, I don't mind them being in bundles since I wouldn't buy them on sale in general.

yes please, I want a game with blood as a $3 DLC

Permalink

lol, this is the reason to boycott companies like that.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

That's kind of sketchy... They might have a legitimate reason though... I know in the past at least they couldn't sell games with blood in Germany for instance... If that's still the case, then it makes sense to have it separate so they don't need to publish two different versions or region lock it...

But overall wow...

Permalink

Grumbles It's mostly to do with their desire to get a Teen Rating from the ESRB rather than a Mature one.

You also don't have to pay for it, do you?No one's holding a Dwarfen rifle or a Nuln-made pistol to your head;)

I'm torn... I've been following Total War: Warhammer for a while...
Odds are it will be a long time before I have the chance to play it...
But the price is definitely good even if the other games are terrible...

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

It's one of the best in the series, I'd recommend you buy it, put it down somewhere and then play it another day when you can enjoy it fully. Though no one's forcing anyone to do anything, this is also where a lot of problems arise with people in this game. They feel like they are.

I'm not sure I follow the last part... Do you mean all the complaining in the reviews about the DLC?
Thanks for the reply!

It was a jab at the negative reviews, yes.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I definitely wish they had kept those reviews to the DLC pages and out of the main one... It made it hard to get a good feel for it!
I expect I'll pick up this monthly bundle after all.
