Does anyone know if it's possible to use a "$3 off Humble Monthly" coupon in addition to this deal? Not necessarily to make it $96 instead of $99 (though that would be nice), but can I purchase the next month and then get a year subscription? When I look at "monthly" in subscriptions, it says "Current plan. Payments recur monthly" and no way to purchase next month right now that I see. Do these coupons work on gifts? If nothing else, could I gift myself next month, then purchase the year?
I've never used a Monthly coupon before and I'm not sure how to use it.
Thanks

Immediately after unlocking the December bundle I went to cancel my sub (to get the $3 coupon) and then bought a month for $9 (12-3). About 1h later they launched the $99 promo and I bought it right away. So that should work, no idea about applying $3 to the $99 sub but I doubt it, as $33 is also in form of a coupon (applied at checkout).

I've always let the auto-charge handle purchasing the bundle, so I don't know the manual procedure. I had been looking all over for it earlier, but I finally found the the page with the "Pay Now" button. (I had been looking here earlier ) I'm assuming from what you say that this then takes you to a checkout process and you apply the coupon there, correct?

So not sure if something changed but I was able to purchase an additional year despite being auto-declined before.
All I did differently was "Pay with Credit Card" rather than Paypal and it went right through. I'm now sitting at 24 months remaining.

New wording in the details indicates 24 months is now probably the maximum.

I'm not sure if it works on that offer but maybe you should try to buy as a gift ,and then you gift it to yourself on the next month. It's a trick to take with caution.
Maybe you can find an answer on the other comments : https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/bov39/humble-monthly-annual-plan-for-99-no-restrictions-this-time#yzWH3pC

Latest is $40 store credit. I bought the previous offer of $99 for 12 months. I still prefer saving $33 instead of $40 store credit. I can choose to spend my $33 on anything but I would have to decide what games I wanted to buy with that $40 store credit but I am mainly buying bundles. Unless they come up with a $92 for 12 months, then I will be upset with it for a little bit. Cheerios~ :)

This credit expires after six months of Wallet inactivity.

LOL
Nice try Humble :D
Where did they hide this scammer clause? I expected something like that but couldn't find it.
Not that I intended to buy anyway since I consider the 99$ promotion I passed up the other week to be the better deal.
Edit: Nevermind, found it. Wow, they were really hellbent to hide that one. Extremely dubious in my opinion.

I saw that but I think I read in SG forum that as long as you buy something within that period, the credit extends. 6 months is a long time though and of course, it shouldnt expire in the 1st place. I was offered $5 credit for Project Cars (Jan19 Monthly) but I've yet to see it in my wallet, just sent them a support email. That $5 credit only last to Feb 1st . . .
Cheers, Cruse~

Agreed, based on the language-- "inactivity"-- I would think the counter resets if you spend some of your wallet during the 6 months. Seems reasonable enough.

Yep I agree, I guess thats the downside of the deal. Since its year end and the chinese new year is coming in Feb I'm sure more store discounts are available. It wont be half bad to get it now than to get it like in March-September which is an off-peak period imo. Cheers~

It doesn't necessarily expire in 6mos-- only after 6mos of inactivity. If I'm reading it right, if you spend something withing 6mos, you'll have another 6mos to spend more.
That said, not sure it's wise to risk it...

Great timing as my previous annual plan ended this month. Finally something to loyal subscribers, too!
