I remember the Mega Drive version of Dino Dini's Soccer, if you are playing a ROM of it in an emulator or flash cart, it has a bug where basically you get a red card on every single tackle and the game gets ridiculous really quickly. I think Dino Dini even made a youtube video about this bug some time ago because everybody who only played a ROM and didn't own the original cartridge thought the game sucked because of all the red cards, so he had to defend his game's honor. :P
