P.S. I assume wrong link to Steam page on AWA - in title "Deluxe Collection: Gold Rush", but Steam link leads to base version of the game "The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road". I can be wrong, but as far as I remember, the game was given before and it was pulled because they messed up with editions

Elder Scrolls was not pulled before.
It was sold out but the vault had trouble correctly opening that day.
The button to "buy" did not appear and some found out that by editing the page with their browser they could make the button appear and get the game.
"Normal" people were furious, but the AWA admins decided that they let them keep their keys and if they get some more keys it will be back another month.
And that month it was the same thing, it just said it was the standard/deluxe editions, but it were the collections all along.

It is always a matter of opinion.
I myself would not have called last month anything near the word "strong".
It was a real dissapointment for me, like the couple of month before that and this month.
Not even the elder scrolls online stuff did interest me, that was/is expensive and liked by a lot of people.
This past year for me the only interesting stuff were BG3, Dragons Dogma 2, Nightingale and Yakuza like a Dragon.
The first 3 I already got myself before the vault opening and managed to snatch YLAD2.
Nightingale was a real dissapointment by the way.

I'm usually only interested in the new and interesting looking indie games they have, couldn't care less about fighting the clock trying to get the overpriced AAA titles. So for me last month was a very strong selection since it was almost completely made of neat looking indies.

Because the only game I can think of thats 39,99 right now, has worked with AWA before and might be fine with a f2p model is Helldivers 2.
I really hope not....I usually try to participate in the AWA events, but Helldivers isn't really a game for me.

Well date confirmed, that "big thing" will be F2P already when the event starts, so it's just what they collaborate together what brings the whole event on. (Also Community Event starts very early next month on Oct)
But the Freebie Unknown of that, might be removed, since now seems to be added into Community Milestones Reward instead.

On that topic, I think I know something what could be the problem for quite a lot of people and what is the cause of them being a bit too late for keys.
The thing itself isn't an advantage for me, more like a disadvantage to others.
So them not knowing is the advantage for me.
Haven't tested it enough yet, could just be nothing, but it worked when I tried to get for example Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, ARK: Survival Ascended or Payday 3.

i was lucky enough to get star wars bounty hunter this month. i guess i was too slow the past two months with dungeons of hinterburg and lorelei and the laser eyes. i just pull up the clock on windows so i can see the seconds counting up, hit refresh exactly on the hour then quickly click and hope for the best. i think there's a trick you can do with the console to bring the button up early, and you just have to click it at 00 seconds when the hour turns, but i couldn't get it to show up. i tried following some instructions on it before, but either they patched it out, or i just couldn't get it to work.

Big mistake to use the windows clock, it's always a bit off for me.
https://time.is/ is much better and shows how off your clock really is...for example right now mine is 1.6s ahead unless you sync it shortly before the vault opens.
Also I believe they fixed the button exploit not sure though.

edit- checked against https://time.gov/ and my clock is in sync with it, it's exactly one second behind https://time.is. now i'm curious about which clock awa operates with.
edit2- after a few refreshes, i got this and the two websites are also now showing in sync with each other. gonna chalk this up to latency or something, i don't even know.

What's surprising about this? Except for a select few countries you can't spend your ARP on anything else. No matter how crap the game selection is your most logical course of action is to take a key. If you don't like any of them, then preferably the most valuable to hopefully trade it for something that you like.

Not when you already have way too many of them. I get about 2500 points per month and the not so desirable offers on the vault usually cost less than 2000 (with the 15% discount). So even if I take something from the vault every month the points still keep piling up, but at least a lot slower.

Most good games cost more than 3000 but go out of stock in seconds. The last time I managed to get a top choice game was about 6 months ago even though I'm there at vault open time.
I have 8000+ points right now even after spending close to 2000 this month. I have a positive monthly balance of 500 to 1000 points if I take a cheap game and would have a monthly balance of -2000 if I could somehow take a top game (like TESO: Gold Road this month). That means I could buy a top game four months in a row before running out of ARP. But the reality is that I can't ever snatch them. Most months I can't even get a 2nd tier game that would put me into -500 to -1000 ARP territory for that month.
So what's the point of saving points?

By doing every single thing every day, and with upgraded artifacts.
I get roughly 1000 to 1200 points per month; my Twitch points thing is not maxed out and I never do the Steam quests. If you participate in community events, and get ARP everywhere instead of sometimes getting DRP, you'd definitely get 2K points easily. I think.

Fairly close but I'm not even that optimized. I have a simple setup.
I usually have the +15 Twitch, the 2x(+6) daily login and the +2 Twitch artifacts equipped. I didn't even buy the artifact that would give me +6 for time on site to replace the +2 Twitch starter artifact.
Apart from that I only swap out the two Twitch artifacts for the Stanley Parable Set once a week for Steam quests. (One of them gives +15 for steam quests and the set bouns is another +5.) Here I could earn more if I also had the other Steam quest artifact which maxes out at +12, I think.
There are also folks that swap out artifacts daily to get the 15+2 Twitch bonus one half of the day and the Discord + time on site bonuses the other half. Way too much work imo. I sometimes forget to even do the discord poll altogether.
