its so sad, i have it from time to time, and everytime my thoughs are the same, i try to call someone to touch my hand so i can move, but i can't, i cant say a word, nor move, and very often, when i realise that nobody is noticing that im actually awake and asking for help, i just stop breathing, and after a few seconds i wake up in a jump

btw, my english isn't that good and im not in the mood to check the entire post :E

I never had it but I have done a lot of research on it and I know what it's like. It is a scary experience for those who have sleep paralysis. You got the Shadow Man and the Old Hag trying to kill you.

Oh wow, so that's what it was I experienced it for the first (and only so far) time a few weeks ago, but didn't think much of it other than it was sorta weird

Once. I went to sleep at a bud's house who kept saying the whole family was seeing ghosts except for him and i got anxious about it. I woke up at three a.m in the darkness of the night and couldn't move at all for a few instant. Between that time, i thought to myself: "Bah, that's just my anxiety.". And indeed it's was, as i made a quick look out around and not a single ghost in sight.

I've had it once. It felt like someone was pushing on me and they were just out of my view. I remembered someone telling me just a few weeks before that that they try to calm themselves down and they get out of it. I tried that and I woke up. It's was a creepy experience.

opposite, I woke up having probably just been standing and had just tripped or something a couple times. not very often though. not scary at all, but managed to cut my leg once.

There's been a few times I've drifted into awareness while I've been dreaming. Maybe it's because I never try to wake up when that happens, but it's never freaked me out. I try to hold onto the dream but it never works.(lucid dreaming! The one lucid dream I ever had made me want more and more of it :P )
