Here's my top 10 list in no particular order, all must plays in my opinion:

Pokémon Emerald, Pokémon Firered, Fire Emblem, Golden Sun, Golden Sun: The Lost Age, Final Fantasy V Advance, Final Fantasy VI Advance, Tales of Phantasia, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

ZoE: Fist of Mars

Sheep is an underrated game :p
So is Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters.

I also had alot of fun with Pokémon Mysterious Dungeon Red and Mario&Luigi.

Pokemon Fire Red, Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire. I don't recommend the Leaf Green ROM since it doesn't work correctly on the emulators available for phones. No idea why. Golden Sun 1 and 2. All the Zeldas. Advance Wars 1 and 2.

Weird jrpg category: Riviera: The Promised Land its kinda like harvest moon meets FF, with nice "quick time" minigame vs traps and other things. Not actual quicktime, but different things.

In addition to the other great recommendations here, the Donkey Kong Country ports/remakes are cool. 3 has a completely new soundtrack and extra new world, and 2 has an additional boss.

metroid fusion and zero mision

Not a GBA game, but Zelda: Link's Awakening DX. I just finished it today, and it is an awesome and emotional experience. Every GBA can play GB and GBC titles, and every GBA emulaotr of course, so play it!

Pokemon Sapphire, Goku's Legacy, and many more :b
