Check out this Gamescom Steam subpage

I know that there's already a Gamescom thread, but I figured that this thing really deserves its own one.

On the main page of the Steam store you can sometimes see a banner with a header: "News & featured games from the gamescom entertaiment area!". I'm really into gaming news and already follow a bunch of unreleased games, so I didn't expect much from it, but this list really surprised me, so I just had to share it with you! It's easy to overlook, but really shouldn't be.

If you like checking out newly released/unreleased games, I really really recommend going through the whole list! Unlike 90% of the daily Steam releases, each of these titles should have something nice to offer to some kind of more or less specific playerbase. There's a huge variety of stuff with different scopes, levels of innovation, genres, etc. and I'm pretty sure that no matter what kind of games you like to play, here you can find at least a few games you haven't heard about before and which you'll very gladly add to your followed/wishlist :)

Feel free to share in the comments which out of these games you see for the first time, but got really intrigued by! My top personal discoveries are: Desperados III (apparently it was at E3 but I completely forgot about it...), Unheard, Stranded Sails - Explorers of the Cursed Islands (for some reason I absolutely ADORE the artstyle O_O), Resort and The Shattering.
