Say what is the last game you have ever bought on a disc and whether or not you regret buying it.

GTA IV for PC. It has always retailed here for INR 499 (between 7.5 and 10 USD thanks to the recently fluctuating conversion rates) and I picked it up while it was on a further 10% discount.
I bought the entire GTA pack after a couple of years on GreenManGaming for Steam.
Regrets? None, even though I bought it again for Steam.

Around the same time: 5 copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to resell. 3 copies of SimCity to resell.

Well I purchased a gamer-magazine which included Alan Wake in it's full beauty in a very nice box, so that would be it I guess.

I think it was Tomb Raider....or To The Moon. Can't remember when I got the latter, I already had it on Steam but I really wanted a boxed copy, since I liked it so much.

Skyrim at release 11.11.11. for 43€ And I regret it because i played it a bit (around 30 hours which is nothing for skyrim) and then played other stuff I was somehow EVEN MORE hyped for then skyrim. And now I saw Skyrim LE in the Steam Sale =/

In these days I have bought Forza Motorsport 2 (already played yhe other chapters) and Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend for 360, on PC the last one was the Divinity Anthology bought on the developer's site.
No regrets.

EDIT: I have the preorder of GTA V pending

Uh... I have no idea. Probably LIMBO for the 360, which was a long time ago... way back before I joined Steam.

I bought a copy of Descent II on CD, just for the soundtrack. Lots of hard electronic music on there. I recommend it.

The last game I bought on disc that I bought to play was Arcanum, which you can pick up from GOG today. In 2001, I bought a copy from ebay for a friend who liked watching me play my copy. I could have just burned him a copy, but I want more games like this to come out.

For PC only? It was either Aion or Crysis (which ever came second). If consoles are included, it would be Gran Turismo 5.
