dota 1 IS better than lol and dota 2, but dota 2 just doesnt hold the title, also there is no harder game when its about pvp

Easiest way to explain LoL Vs. DotA2, LoL is a bicycle with training wheels. DotA2 is Ghost Rider's Motorcycle. It's easy to ride a bike but riding that motorcycle is not. But once you master that motorcycle, it's SO much more fun.

My only regret is starting my MOBA experience through League. I find it extremely hard to make the transition to Dota. After playing a few rounds of Dota and failing miserably, I realise how much I like Dota's gamestyle. League is much more noob-friendly. If only I was introduced to Dota first. I feel I would enjoy that more than League.

What is Dota 2 and why I have 124 in my inventory?

I played a couple games of Dota 2, hated it. And this is coming from someone who only moved to League after playing a lot of the original Dota mod.

Obviously people have differing opinions and I think it's great that both are on the market, especially for free, but LoL just has a feeling that really clicks with me where Dota 2 doesn't.

That said, I rarely play either of them these days, too busy with my impossibly large Steam backlog.

zzzz i knew there was gonna be voting between these 2 and its not even close for me ive played dota 1/ dota 2 for 6 years now and is still learning some stuff , and i bet you if you let me play lol for 1 month straight ill probably rape already.

I struggled to choose for a while. I finally settled on LoL just because it has more forgiving gameplay. It is a little easier to play when you only play 5-10 games a month.

The thing is, LoL is not easier. As every competetive game, the difficulty is based on who plays the game. DotA2, and it's difficulty comes from the fact that you basically have to fight the controls. Which is never a good thing in my opinion. Either way, LoL wins hands off for me, although I admit DotA2 had better winter content, and I expected more from LoL that time.
