I love old arcade shops' pinballs and they're called "Flippers" indeed. I also liked the Flipper TV show when i was a kid...so i've decided to merge these tow things together

Oh, don't let that fool you... At first I just bought a couple of bundles where I wanted 1 game from each, then I realized it's actually cool to raise levels here, because many people offer GAs to higher levels only. So I bought a couple of more just for GA. Going to take it easy for now, and only make GA when I have leftovers from bundles. So yeah I'm actually kind of selfish. :/

Still good enough. Also, don't let me fool you. My regular whitelisting criteria is not so high to begin with, which is probably why I have 686 (and counting) users there... :-)

Lypiphera came from the Kushiel's Legacy series of book, meaning pain-bearer. I started using it in WoW when I started my death knight and then continued to use it after that. My Steam name, DarkMercy, comes from 2 clans tags in the original StarCraft as I had friends in both, The_Dark and Mercy. I combined both to make The_DarkMercy. After a while I dropped the beginning and became DarkMercy.

Its a name from a tabletop character of mine that became the go-to name whenever i had no idea for a name. Years later i discovered its also a ittalian word meaning 'winning', wich is pretty much the meaning of my real name (Victor- means victory or victorious).
All that added together it became my nick since my teenage years (we're talking irq, phpbb boards and msn years) and... my go to username everywhere.
It really, really bothers me when this name is taken whenever im signing up to sites or games.

when I won minecraft I decided that I wanted to have a good username. I decided to go with something biology related and chose Daudaxviator. Desulfuridis audaxviator is a bacteria that lives 2miles under the earths crust and eats rocks! Seemed pretty appropriate for a minecraft name ;p the "audaxviator" part is latin for "bold traveler" also appropriate for minecraft, and for myself (I've moved all over the US) So I adopted the tail end of it as my username for steam. I was going to leave the D in but people kept calling me Daudax -- which is not the name...

This nick is OLD! My mail archive for my current mail address goes back 11 years and before that I was using it with other mail providers and I think I also used it before the internet on BBSs... but I remember having a multitude of names on the BBSs so not sure if it started then... that would then make this nick ca 20 years old...
So I'm a bit fuzzy about my exact reasoning, but I think it was a mixture of me saying that I'm just a lurker and the fact that I'm generally not much of a "loud personality" in real life...
Now that I try to think back, I think it kinda arose watching X-Files... there was an (evil :-o) dude going by... something with shy in the name... that made me go to shyguy, cause it seemed kinda fitting and invoked super mario, but somehow i switched to silentguy...

I think there was a thread for this in the past? Or I'm confusing forums... Anyway, it's a mix of Resident Evil + Madonna's Rebel Heart, my two favorite things in the world.

Well, "hobo"means something like homeless more or less. And when you add "ultra" at the beginning,it sounds like a homeless guy with superpowers, like a hero. Its pretty obvious i assume. But the reason for coming up with this name is i always liked this idea of a homeless superhero and found it ridiculous in some ways. Wish i had a chance to draw this clumsy, dirty guy with a big heart in my mind. But nick does the job so far

If I made my username after my favorite coffee I'd be Columbificent One.

Xobbit - because hobbit is usually taken and X is close enough to substitute the H.
Hobbit - because I like that merry little folk and have some of their treats of character. Also this.
Dead - because why not? Actually, I used it once and it just sticked to the xobbit part.

it is simple and difficult at the same time - I love CRPG, fantasy/dark fantasy and elfs, but I am not elf - elves too arrogant and I'm not entirely human, this is my ideology - Chaotic Good xD

Well, my names Tom and I'm a guy, so I thought why not combine them?

Well mine really sucks XD So basically 99 is from 1999 (the year i was born), while broń means weapon in polish, since in many games you can't use polish letter it became "bron" (I have no idea why this world though, i guess it was because i was really young and it was sth that was "bad" and i just wanted to be a naughty boy XD)

In my case, Yirg is a short for Yirgacheffe - my favorite type of Ethiopian coffee beans.
What's the meaning of your username?
Oh, and meet Millie, Pester and Pongo :-)
Update: All GAs ended.
