Decided to buy early and as the days goes by I'm starting to feel buyers regret, heck I'm not very picky

Right...but think about it-- they probably had to front-load it a bit to garner interest/buys/buzz, etc. They'll probably save some good if not great ones for Christmas week. That leaves some of the middle days, like now, as kind of meh. And like you said, you've spent more with nothing in return.
That said, I'm kind of ready for another "oh, nice!" moment myself. ;-)

HHmmmmm, i don't think so. This are 30$ for more than 30$ games, thats like 1$xgame and should count as bundle or something. Also i hope youre right and this counts as full CV. Beause i want to buy this bundle and already own some of this games.

Well, no one knows for sure yet. It depends on how much the full retail is for the games. Sure they said $650 worth, but we don't know yet how much we can give away on sg. E.g. they already included "DATLOF" (DRM-FREE) and some DLC packs which doesn't have a DLC on Steam. So those cannot be counted in. It's up to Shobo in the end. I guess we'll see when the bundle is 'fully loaded'.

Guess it also depends on wether the limited supplies are considered limited enough. (it's still 50000 copies, so....)

In general, it s better to assume the games will be considered bundled, especially factoring in that there are more Steam products on the bundle list than products which aren't.

Yeah, following logic it would classify as "bundled" because they have a high chance of the total being 90% discounted, but look at the previous Yogscast thingie there was games which aren't tagged as bundled until now, like The Weaponographist, DiscStorm and Ace of Spades: Battle Builder.
