Hello gamers,

We at http://www.DailyIndieGame.com are constantly trying to improve our service and bring the best possible deals.
We all know how bundles work. We pay a certain amount and get a pack of games, and that's pretty much it.

We are going one step further with the new DIG ACCOUNTS:

http://www.dailyindiegame.com/content_digaccount.html

You can topup your account, and purchase individual games of your choice from the DIG Point Store and from the DIG Trades marketplace.
The prices are often better than what you would pay in a bundle.

Everything is transparent, fair and simple.

Some notes:

  • You can also use your credit to buy bundles. You can trade your unused keys for DIG Points.
  • Keys from trades are guaranteed to work, just like with bundles. If a customer has revealed (seen) a key, it can no longer be traded.

We value your feedback and feel free to share your feedback with us.

Is it bug or feature that on account_page the used keys are disappearing after some time ?

Keys marked as used are archived (removed) after 10 days, to reduce our database load.

What do you mean by all at once? The entire list?

i think they want a checkout cart with the option to add all to cart or at least select certain titles to checkout all at once.

any way to export ALL keys (used, unused, all pages)?
i have all marked as used now but i would like to export all i have but export option exports empty file now

You can reveal ALL keys at once. DIG Point Store keys are revealed by default. Export only exports revealed keys (does not export: keys for trade, unrevealed, marked as used).

Reveal all keys if case
Export
Mark all as used.

The normal flow.

reveal is ok, but how to export all keys that are already marked as used?
. + I no longer see any keys in my account, used or not

Permalink

If you mark a key as USED it means you used it (redeemed it on STEAM), so what we do is very logical and helps people track their game library.

UNMARK keys if you want to export them.

Simple logic: If you can SEE the key in your account, then you can export it.

I hope it won't become messy to find the key if it was copied incorrectly to giveaway...

How about sending the user an email with the archived keys?

We do that on request. Otherwise it is a very resource intensive task.

There was no issue with our website.

That's weird, it doesn't display for me. I'll try using a different browser.

EDIT: I figured out why the website is broken for me! Apparently uBlock Origin (an adblock extension I use on Google Chrome) breaks DIG. I guess I'll just keep uBlock Origin disabled on DIG then, just like I do on SteamGifts.

Would it be possible to add column (in DIG Store page) with current Steam list price for each of games?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

You can click on any game and it will open its STEAM page where you can check the price.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

Right, but it would be nice to have full list in one place :) Maybe someone could write some script? ;)

Yes, that would be useful ;-) I found clicking manually on dozens of pages to check Steam price was a bit troublesome

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I am not sure what relevance does the STEAM price have, as long as our discounts are pretty huge.
It's not like you are going to find any of the games cheaper on STEAM.

I think people would like to know for gifting purposes. That is, I would rather buy a game at $.05 at $7 value than a $.05 game at $.99 value.

Hi! Just noticed that Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek link to steam store is set improperly to "http://store.steampowered.com/app//" so it won't sync with the library. :) It should link to "http://store.steampowered.com/app/284750/" I suppose.

600 games starting at 005 means 5 cents x 600 games
30€ for 600 games?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yup, however if you buy in bulk you can get them as low as 2 cents per game (for bulk purchases of 500) which makes it a potential €10 for 500 games.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

starting at means "as low as 5cents". not that every single title is only 5cents. and actually that title is old as well. there are some that are less than 5cents now, some can go upto 25cents (with 1 exception going higher), and there's probably closer to ~750 titles now in total.

but no, 30€ would not cover every single title if you didn't own any at all to begin with.

Hey, I'm quite interested by (in ?) your store, but I'm not sure I get it.. Maybe it was answered in the comments, but I didn't read all of the 7 pages, then if it's so, I'm sorry to ask again b:
But in order to register an account, I must either buy a bundle, or make a "topup", but if I make that topup, is it like a simple fee to register, or can I use a part of those on the market ?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

the topup us all funds you will have to use inside the store. the only fees i'm aware of would be trades (the seller is responsible for, not buyer), or topups under $5.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

For topups of at least $5 (or $1 BitCoin) there is no fee. There is a $0.3 fee for topups smaller than $5 with PayPal, and YES you can use all funds to buy bundles, games, etc.

Can you add a way for us to manually remove games from our available to purchase list? Now that Steam has removed a large number of games completely from the main API, there are games that I own that are no longer detected, and they are showing up even though I want to filter them out. There is also an alternative method of detecting owned games that requires that someone be logged into the Steam store, and that might also work, and has the benefit of detecting DLCs and other things normally missed.

Have you thought about accepting topups via CSGO/TF2 keys (or steam wallet of some kind)?

Basically I am only buying games with steam wallet and it is kind of bothersome to always sell keys for Paypal/Bitcoin and then topup the account ;-> Fees are quite annoying and you always have to get a thrid party involved.

Don't know if there is an easy way to automatize that (like sending a tradeoffer with your mail in the description).
