This is the worst movie I saw in the past months. Nicolas Cage must have big money problems to accept to appear in such thing.

Is that one actually good? Its really hard to tell with Nicholas Cage anymore. It used to be that every 3rd movie was actually good, but then he started stretching out the intervals between the good ones.

most of those are actually good movies, and completely unrelated.
for exemple there was alot thought put into The Room, Tommy Wiseau thought it was going to be a good movie until it failed miserably, while sharknado was intentionally bad.
then there's: Zebraman,Killer Klowns from Outer Space,Toxic Avenger,Frankenstein Army,Tokyo Gore Police andThe Blob, all this movies are too good to be in the same list as sharknado

Well, let's say it depends on everyone's taste. I'm not saying that these movies are bad, I haven't even seen some of them. But I used to make a list with my friend of movies which make us laugh and here it is :) Many of them are not bad, but enough ridiculous / comic / parodic to deserve a place there.

When you say Black Sheep, do you mean that crap comedy or that awesome Austrailian horror about the cloned sheep?

Also, you forgot to add to this list- Bloodsucking Redneck Vampires, Adam and Eve VS the Cannibals, Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter, Morons From Outter Space (Which I LOVED), the live action Cutey Honey and La Blue Girl, the remake of Day of the Dead, Day of the Dead 2 Contaigion, I could name more, but I don't want to make a wall of text here. :P I've probably seen more bad movies than anyone here can name.

Zebraman is intentionally cheesy to pay homage to superhero films. Killer Klowns is actually very well made, it has a nice sense of humor and the costumes are top notch. Toxic Avenger is made by Troma Team, who routinely put out some of the finest cheese you can watch. The Holy Mountain is an art film, so it intentionally has no plot and relies on it's images to say what it wants. The 50s The Blob was very good for it's time but dated, and the 80s Blob has some of the greatest practical gore effects ever captured on celluloid.

Kill List has to be one of the worst films ever. The ending makes no sense at all and is just stupid. 200 mph is said to be one of the worst films ever too.

Also, Mega Piranha and Mega Shark Versus Crocosaurus aren't great either.

I can't say I hate Godzilla (2014 film)... I've never laughed so much :p Watching an iconic monster trying to do his best to prevent two insects from copulating was really an immersive experience.

Actually only the humans tried to stop them from having birth. Godzilla just tried to kill them.

I just came here to say Godzilla. We went to watch it with my friend, and when the two bugs started to "get to it" we couldn't help but laugh loudly on it. Pitiful.

Sharknado was one of the first movies in years that I gave up on.
Also try Ultraviolet, a vampire/sci-fi action movie that's definitely style over substance. Too bad the style isn't that hot either.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I'll agree that UltraViolet was a dreadful movie. It was flashy for about five minutes, but even that wore off quickly.

Sharknado is intentionally crappy, so its kind of hard to include any Sci-Fi Channel movies.

Permalink

Eh, even by SyFy standards, Sharknado was bad.
Most of their movies have some cheesy entertainment value (like Super Shark). This one, no such thing. It's just boring.

Into the woods. The whole film is basically a musical and the acting is absolutely terrible. It would go much better as a stage play i think. Couldn't even watch the whole thing.

The hobbit: battle of the five armies
It is overrated, the movie was BAD.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I agree, it was horrible.I actually liked the first 2 Hobbit movies, but this one was pathetic, it really felt to me like Thorin was starring in a shampoo commercial.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I agree that there were too many Thorin close-ups, but I did prefer the third Hobbit's darker tone. It seems closer to LOTR which I believe is above the Hobbit

Cabin in the Woods was an awesome movie! Its an homage to and a satire of the entire horror genre. Its creative, funny and well shot.

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

I absolute agree with you. Cabin in the Woods was hilarious! :)

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

And babadook is more unique and interesting than a fantastic movie, but is easily an above average horror. It is creepy as f***. And in many of the same ways, but far less intentionally, puts horror tropes on their heads like CitW.

There is not a ore important film to teh horror genre than CitW in the last decade.
